I purchased a 100 foot blue layflat preassembled hose. I made a mistake in the sizing of the camlock. When I contacted Hose Canada, Kevin was quick to assist me to work out the problem I created and find a solution. The follow up was thorough and professional . It is not often you experience such a high level of customer service. My order was small but I was treated as if it was the most important order of the day. If Hose Canada treats a small customer so well, it says a lot about the company and their commitment to customer service. Kevin was outstanding.

Amazing service. I indicated on my online order that I was in a rush to get my hoses.
