Jackson arrived early, and did the job on the spot( no need to quote and come back). I have a log home, and the logs at ceiling height are too high for me to get to for cleaning. As most cleaning services don’t have insurance for these heights it was suggested I reach out to window cleaning companies. Prime Shine was recommended by a neighbour that used to be in the cleaning industry, and I’m so glad they gave me their name. My logs are shined and clean (glowing) as are those windows c can’t reach. I can’t say enough good about this company and Jackson in particular.

Had them come out in 2022 to do my gutters and moss treatment. All services were done quickly and well done.In April 2023 I contacted them again to do my gutters. I was told the following Tuesday they would be by to clean the gutters. The had to cancel short notice due to another job taking longer, and they would be by that Saturday to complete the job. they no showed/no called for the Saturday. I emailed again on the Monday to see what happened. I didn't receive a response. i emailed again a few days later expressing my displeasure about not being contacted and was told they would get back to me that evening with a new date. No further contact was made.I won't be using them again due to the poor customer service. I'm now finding someone else to do my work.
