Extreme Transmission Rebuilders

Had a transmission service completed here, when I picked it up asked them if there was any issues or anything wrong, they told me no. Had my truck at another shop getting other work done about 2 weeks later, unrelated to transmission, I was told there was a bolt missing in the pan, called Extreme and told me they would put a bolt in if I brought it back but would not pay the $6 for another shop to fix it since im away for the summer with my truck.

Took my mercedes clk 320 in because the transmission was all over the place. They were booked up so i had to wait a couple weeks, but they were ready and on it when my appointment came up. They had it fixed and back to me later that same day. Been running like a fine clock since.fair price too. Couple years ago had a problem with my BMW trans .. Fixed it like new.Twice I've been satisfied with their work and they don't make me feel like an idiot when explaining the work.

18 months. I added a year warranty, and the transmission they got me lasted 18 months. I understand that technically no special consideration is due, but a transmission should last longer than that when it's just a gently driven city car.

Took my car with misfiring problem (tune up), but of course didn't know it by that time. They said it needed a new transmission, spent almost 4.000 and when the car was done it was the same, even a little worst. They didn't know what the problem was. Took it to another shop, they changed the spark plugs, I paid no more than 300. They never gave back the old transmission.

Thanks for fixing the bugeye wrx. Took awhile but I understand its an import so parts aren’t wildly available. Good as new!

My car was in for assessment this week. Was impressed with great communication and effort to help. Parts are coming soon and I'll update the review with the completed service.

Never have I ever experienced a mechanic shop refusing business or telling someone to go somewhere else, but it seems most of these transmission shops either don't want the work, or just want to be rude to people. All I needed is a fluid change and a sensor changed so I can continue on my trip and not be stuck in Saskatoon, an hour job!!! Not even, and this place can't even help me out. Do better.

Only place I trust to build me a solid transmission.I own diesel trucks with high torque and never had an issue with Mike’s builds.They do much more then just transmissions.

I have had a few transmissions rebuilt in the past by Extreme Transmissions and in each case the rebuilt ones have out-lasted and out-performed the factory original.
