The owners and staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Sometimes it might take time for them to get in a specific product, if it's not already in store. They definitely seemed willing to put in their best effort to find the product that was needed!

After my appointment and finding the dress that I loved and was in our budget. I call the store the next day to let them know and they say nothing can be held unless a deposit of 50%is made. Which I said I would make two days later. The staff informs me that it’s first come first serve and the dress could be sold in those two days and there nothing I can do. Absolutely ruining my whole magical moment of finding the one dress. I felt horrible and so scared that my dress could be sold and I would even be told. I will never step foot in this store again or not recommend anyone to shop here. I was so happy and excited that the one of the steps to my marriage was coming together to have it all ruined with added stress and concern.

This shop dont even deserve a star. Staff are rude and no customer service skills at all. My bestfriend(bride) and I came with her 2 boys, hoping we could find her her dream wedding dress, but all we heard from them was dont touch that

The ladies who work there are super incredible and they definitely know how to make you feel comfortable. Even though the dress I picked out wasn’t my size, they helped me find a seamstress that could get it fitted just for me. 10/10 would recommend shopping here for grad dresses.

Went in without an appointment to try on Bridesmaid Dresses. I was in and out within 30 min, trying on 6 dresses and measurements.

It was the last dress in this style and my size! Had to do a little touch up work but absolutely loved my Graduation dress! Thank you Calistas

Entered the store and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile! We didnt have an appointment but got served and into our own changing room quickly on a Saturday, and never felt rushed in anyway. Amber was my Bridal Consultant and she did an amazing job, she was very helpful, light hearted and fun, she took all the stress away! The store also had a great variety in wedding dresses - overall amazing experience and would recommend to anyone! :)

It was a super fun experience going to get my prom dress here, they have very good and friendly service

Came from Ontario to Alberta for my sister to try on wedding dresses.. and this is the best place I’ve ever visited ! Staff, selection & costumer service was better than I could expect. Highly recommend this place!
