I recently contracted Blitz, a business not listed with the BBB, to repair my washer. They botched the job and still required we pay for the parts they ordered and installed, even though that didn't fix the problem. 300+ dollars later, and still no working washer, we threw in the towel and bought a new one. THEY CHARGE FOR EFFORT, NOT RESULTS. So, If you ever need your appliances repaired, and have money to gamble with, call Blitz. They might or might not fix it for you but they will certainly charge you for it!

Great selection, and even better service. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for, while other used appliance places had no inventory. No one likes to have an appliance out of commission, but is less terrible when you can deal with great people.

Talked to a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly guy about a problem we had with the oven control board on our stove. We didn't end up getting them to do the job but this guy gave us some good advice and spent time with us. If we ever do need appliance repair work done I would definitely take it there.

Really friendly and helpful! Speedy response with email. I got my dryer inspected and they knew pretty quickly what was wrong with it and got me set up with a replacement dryer (since the old one could not be repaired). I liked that they were very upfront with information (on products and prices) and also had different options for services.

I had to call this company out twice in 4 months(and they are not easy to get a hold of). They did not fix my dryer properly the first time and then charged me a second call out fee to fix it… yet still not properly…. For the amount they have charged me to not fully fix my dryer I could have bought a new dryer! Use someone else if you can.

Numerous people nowadays have encouraged others, like myself, to support and shop local. I absolutely agree with this concept. But it's hard to support a local business when you ask for help and they don't bother helping you. Back in January when my washer died, I discovered it needed a new pressure switch. I called and asked for a quote. The rep on the other end said I'll get back to you." After I was done that call

This was HORRIFIC. The tech was RUDE, LATE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I called customer service and they said Well whatever.. no care in the world. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

I was extremely happy with their service. My drain hose was totally plugged with crud, which apparently was the problem. Technician cleaned it out for me and the machine has been working ever since. He did tell me that motherboards were no longer available for my machine, so if it went I would need a new machine. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was here at least an hour, maybe longer, and there was no charge.
