I am so happy with this service and every person at Origami that worked on my account. This system of uploading materials and communicating by email is great for someone who is intimidated by finances, I've become so much more comfortable. Origami saw me through with excellent service to the completion of the tax year, months after I had closed my business and had finished making monthly payments. I am very likely to use Origami again for my next business endeavor.

Great firm to work with. Benefits/Pros: easy coordination - just put your receipts in prepaid envelopes and drop off at the end of the month to Canada Post and that's it. Monthly tracking. Good price with no trade-off in quality of work. Cons: I do value face to face time but that's just the nature of this beast. So can't really complain but only reason for four not five stars - personal preference.

Origami has made it possible for me to focus on running my business and teaching my clients, which is what I love to do, while they take care of all of the bookkeeping and accounting for my studio. They're always available to answer any questions, and they're very friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! Their monthly reminders of what paperwork I need to provide them with makes it easy to stay on top of the monthly reporting, and they in turn send me links with my monthly financials. I highly recommend Origami!!

I hired Origami because I wasn't ready to dedicate any time whatsoever to figure out my own business tax filings - and they were excellent to have on board while I learned.Their customer service and team were quick to respond and they were more than gracious when it was time for us to part ways.
