Hydropool Mississauga Factory Showroom

I was having so many issues with my hot tub and getting it repaired was a frustrating ordeal. I felt helpless and angry that I couldn't get any support for this product.Finally, I was put in contact with Jordan, the Factory Showroom Manager. He was very responsive and cared enough to follow up after each service call to make sure the issues were taken care of. I wish he was the manager a year ago when all of the issues started, but am happy to have his help now. Even more happy that I can enjoy my spa once again!

This is a review for hydropool’s products not any particular distribution locations - we ordered a 17ft aqua trainer from a Mississauga-based distributor in May. The unit was delivered with a broken panel in early September and we had to reschedule with our electrician to hook it up. It was finally hooked up today (Oct 3), but it couldn’t heat up and later the pumps could not circulate.For those of you have experienced and is experiencing similar issues, please contact me, our voices must be heard and hydropool needs to take actions.

We love our swim spa! Zach and Jordan were very helpful answering all our questions. A great product for exercising and relaxing. The demonstration and explanations were very helpful.

Having bought a used swim spa, an Aquasport 14’, we were a little nervous with it being 2012, maybe older. It came with new pumps and a new spa pack installed and a one year warranty. That tells you something there doesn’t it? This Hydropool runs like new, everything seems solid, everything works and it feels like it’s built to last. If they’re all built like this be happy and confident to purchase any of the Hydropool models. Cheers!

We own a Hydropool 17ft, bought in 2019. Thankfully it is still under warranty, however during this period EVERYTHING that can go wrong with it, has gone wrong.Electrical systems problems, pump issues, heater had to be FULLY replaced, waterfalls not working. And most worse of all, is the service and trying to contact anyone at hyrdopool.We have lost so much swim time over the last few years, due to waiting for parts, waiting for service. It has been a headache dealing with the hottub.We purchased from you, a reputable company, and it has been devastating dealing with all these issues.I am deeply concerned and would need someone to get in contact with me as soon as possible.

We downsized to a new home in 2013 and unfortunately due to access issues it was not possible to install a pool even though the yard was big enough. We did research and decided on a HydropoolSwimspa that was craned over our house onto the back deck.The purchase experience was a breeze and maintenance and upkeep over the last 8 years has been easy. The pool looks as good now as when it was installed and we have enjoyed using it.On opening it a day ago I discovered that some parts had just simply worn out and needed to be replaced. I called Hydropool and spoke with Moses who was extremely helpful as there have been many model changes over the years, and he was not sure if he had the exact part (a diverter valve for the fountain). I drove out to the Hydropool Showroom/Factory and unfortunately the one part was slightly different. lo and behold he searched through the stock and found a similar part that looked slightly different, but would fit.He was extremely helpful and it was a real pleasure dealing with him. Hopefully I will not need to replace any parts for the next 8 years and we will continue to enjoy our 14 foot Hydropool Swimspa,

We recommended Hydropool to others and they are not experiencing the issues we are. Our anti-slip mats have all deteriorated after 1.5 seasons. The spa is professionally serviced. We are now wafting and for these as the spa sits useless. On top of it we will have to pay for replacement. We are not impressed with the product at all.
