TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

T H E absolute worst ATM machines in existance! They either take your money then say no cash was detected, or cash / cheque deposit unavailable, or spits out your money because it won't detect any. Get with the times!!

Not a business friendly bank

I have been a TD Canada Trust customer for over 10 years. Only place I've done banking, till now. When I tried to consolidate my debts, it didn't go as planned which I understand is due to a number of things and not related to this specific branch. But what the branch could have done was accommodate me and my needs better. I called in to let my adviser, Kostia who has been great with all of this, know I would be coming in to sign my papers for my consolidation. Unfortunately he wasn't there that day, so I booked an appointment with another adviser, Hunter, to sign the papers, and they could then be given to funding when my usual adviser was in. Hunter called me and told me there was no way for him to access those papers as they were in Kostia's office, and that he would try his best to get a hold of the papers and call me to let me know if he had them or not. About 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be, Hunter called and asked why I didn't show, so I reiterated to him that he was supposed to follow up with me and let me know if he had found the papers or not before I came in for the appointment. At the point I could tell by his tone and word choice that I was a nuisance and he disregarded care for anything involving me. Upon arriving at the branch I could tell they had already spoken as a team about me as a disgruntled guest, I ask for Hunter to sign papers. Hunter was busy in another appointment, so the gentleman at the front had to ask another lady, Colette the branch manager, to help me. Colette was very short and abrupt in her handling with me, almost like I was an annoying fly in her ear and she had better things to do rather than help me. The amount discussed for my consolidation with Kostia was not was the amount Colette had on her forms, she didn't seem to care either way, very indifferent actually. So I asked for my sister to come in with me. Upon me mentioning what my sister does for work, an FSM for another bank, Colette's entire tone and body language changed to a very stand off vibe. Enough for my sister to notice anyways. Not manager appropriate AT ALL. We figured out the consolidation issue and I am awaiting a call to sign papers again. After this horrible display of customer service and indifference to me as a person, I have decided to pull out of TD banking completely minus my consolidation. It's unfortunate that this branches staff and management apparently has zero empathy for what people are going through, and that other advisers are so unwilling to help out one another. The branch is only as good as it's worst employee. I will never go back to this branch specifically again.

Janice shouldn’t work with people her attitude is sickening... horrible service and won’t ever bank there!

The staff here are all doing their best to make things work. When I needed to shuffle money around for a new vehicle purchase they were super accommodating. Thanks Michelle, Bev and Beth.

Glad to know that there is an after hours access to the ATM as there are not many branches located here
