Afzia was incredible! Our original plan was to host the wedding on our farm property and knew we needed someone who would be able to make all the magic happen behind the scenes without the convenience of being in the city. From Day 1, Afzia got to know us as a couple, helped us stay organized AND kept our vision in mind!Then, when our original date was postponed, and we surprised everyone with a wedding-in-2-weeks date, Afzia jumped right in and made the day happen. From making sure we had all our vendors confirmed, to making sure everyone was organized (us, family and vendors), Afzia brought our new vision to life and we could not have asked for a better day!Whether it's a 200-person wedding, or a 15-person ceremony, Afzia is 100% the wedding planner you never knew you needed and the individual on your wedding team that will be cheering you on and making sure your dreams and ideas are what actually happens!

We had our wedding this past May and worked with Afzia as our day-of coordinator. She was always great to deal with and was ready to help us with every detail. There were a lot of things we hadn't thought of and with Afzia's help we were able to find out what those were (and get stressed out, before immediately de-stressing because now we knew) and worked with her, our other vendors, and friends/family to get it taken care of. About a month before the wedding she took over a lot of the logistics from us and the day went off without a hitch. She was a comforting presence and gave my wife some great advice when we were having a problem with ceremony details that came up at the rehearsal. All-in-all, great experience! THANKS! :D

Looking back on my season of engagement, one of my favourite memories will always be my coffee and wedding planning dates with Afzia. Afzia was the best wedding planner. I have already recommended her for another couple. We had her for a day of management and she went above and beyond. We paid extra for her to stay to clean up which is a huge plus as we were exhausted and needed the help for sure. Everything was placed beautifully and everyone complimented on her skills. Afzia was our month of coordinator and she did an amazing job! She is so organized and super friendly. I had the chance to work with Afzia on an editorial shoot. I was VERY impressed with how detailed she was when organizing the event. She goes above and beyond with what she does, whether it's creating a detailed timeline, making sure everyone she is working with is doing ok, or creating a gorgeous table scape. 100% recommend!

We met with Afzia in the fall of 2019 to start the process of planning a wedding. We didn’t know what we were doing so we thought it would be best to leave it to the professionals. We are absolutely sure we made the right decision after three pandemic related postponements we finally got to have our day at the start of 2023; it was perfect all because of her hard work. She truly is a professional.On the day she asked us two questions: 1) are you ready to start?, and 2) we’re a little ahead of schedule, do you want to take photos with all of the guest tables? The second questions was an on the fly idea to fill a 30-minute gap before dinner that would have otherwise been a lull. Her quick thinking gave us a memorable moment as our guest thought up themes and made funny faces for the photos.We had a fantastic day together where we could focus on each other because we knew that she was on top of things. She had detailed plans and acted as a hub for all of our vendors to connect. She was able to help us to understand the contracts we were signing with our vendors and helped us to find reputable ones that reflected our wedding style.Afzia was easy to get along with, a pleasure to work with, and she really knows her stuff. We would absolutely recommend her to friends and family looking to plan their big day.
