My first experience with a small star shape stone chip on my windishield. Asked my insurance agent if they had any leads. This was 1 of 2 referred. The staff was friendly and shop was immaculate. I'm glad to have used them. A great experience from start to finish. They really took they're time to properly lookafter the issue and deliverd a clean overall repair. A well deserved 5 star review. Price, quality and service. Highly recommend.

I brought my truck in for an inspection find out where the leak in my windshield was coming from turns out that the leak itself was not coming from the windshield but for my sunroof, when I had my truck Line- x. The guys at vision hooked up my drains dried out my mats and rug, put my truck back together from the inside and everything's perfect again. I'm very happy with the work, and the detail they took in making sure that this doesn't happen again. They took many photographs of the steps taken to get my truck clean and dry. I would totally recommend this company.

Brought my Porsche 911 Cabrio in to have the roof repaired. I suspected it was an issue with a tension cable. Another popular shop told me that the entire roof required replacement and there was no way to fix this and Quoted me $3500 to fix it. Vision was confident this was a simple fix and was able to fix it for a small fraction of the cost, it ended up being a broken spring. I had my car back within 2 days. These guys are awesome and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Vision team. Before and after photos.

I must admit I was a little skeptical in dealing with a Glass Replacement shop for my convertible. A friend of mine has a shop in the city where he brings his BMW. When I told him my convertible top was giving me problems, he told me to call his shop. When I called them and explained the situations, they recommended me to Vision Glass Toronto. I called Vision Glass and spoke with Liz. She put me at ease, and advised me that Kofi is an expert on convertible repairs. I just got back with my 2008 Audi A4 Convertible, and Kofi did indeed work his magic. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. I want to thank the staff at Vision Glass Toronto. Keep up the good work!!!

Have a very good experience from the first call I inquired with the company. Very courtesy service from start to finish, even all processes to my insurance company are all taken care of.The shop has special equipment to recalibrate the lenses behind the windshield that I checked a few auto glass shops cannot do it.Liz is wondering in helping me, thank you.

Great experience here. Communication was great, price was right and the service has been excellent. We had a minor problem with a leak that was not caused by their work here, but they helped us investigate, took everything apart and did an incredibly thorough job sealing things up. Highly recommended and will absolutely return next time I need glass work done.
