Installation was a breeze, very friendly technician. When we had an issue with the signal going down, with one phone call to their service/sales/tech help they were on it immediately and had it up and working again within the hour. The speed so far is great! And the price can’t really be beat in comparison to other providers who don’t even provide fibre optics as an option out to rural areas.

Internet will cut out atleast once a week for minimum of 30 minutes. When we call they say it’s a problem on our end. We even bought a new router after they suggested that’s why it was cutting out but it still cuts out once in awhile.

Redbird Communications has been great to deal with. The internet service is a major improvement over my previous provider. I can finally get reliable 4k streaming. The pricing is competitive as well. I am also very happy with the job they did installing the line. I would definitely recommend Redbird Communications.

We had an issue with our internet connection being sporadic. I contacted Redbird to run a diagnostic on our dish. I spoke to three people, one of them being Robin one of the owners. They ran the diagnostic and discovered that the firmware needed to be updated. I am very pleased with the service I received. In speaking at length with Robin I can say he is very approachable and helpful. He is working to improve service for all his customers and is waiting for the Canadian government to approve legislation that will allow him to do so. I also really like that Redbird is a Saskatchewan and Canadian company.

We have been RedBird customers for 2 months now and have had nothing but good experience. The installation team was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and very thorough. They ensured I had proper service throughout my home and walked me through how to make changes to my router. We were Sasktel customers for years, and redbird customer service far exceeds Sasktel, and the internet speeds are second to none. I would recommend RedBord to anyone.

I've been with Redbird for several years now. Previously the only option was Xplornet since I live out on the edge of most coverage areas. It was just one step above dialup. So Redbird was like a wonderful reprieve.They were small in the beginning but have done a lot of expansion. This is great since it brings with it a lot more towers to connect to, more bundles offered, fiber for the town folk, and expanded support (24/7). But at the same time I still find them small enough that I can get help when it's needed and talk to real live human beings. Resolution time is usually pretty quick as well.Despite a glitch now and then, the service itself has been extremely reliable compared to the previous ISP. I'm on 10 Mbps right now, but 20 & 30 are available for wireless as well - and of course good fiber packages.I would highly recommend them. Good people and good service.
