RUINED OUR CLOTHING!!!And then told us we did it ourselves when it didn’t even leave the dry cleaners! Had pink spots all over our dress shirts and then she told us our dress shirts were only $10 and refused to give a refund or return the price of the shirt! She’s so rude! No customer service and no accountability! She also hung up on me and said she didn’t want to talk about it. I took pictures of the shirt before it went to dry cleaners. It only had armpit sweat marks, came back after “cleaning” with pink and red marks all over the shirt and then she said the shirt was old. This lady is insane! Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. She sends the clothes out to someone cheap to clean them and pretends she hand cleaned it herself or something. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Brought my Tommy Hilfiger winter jacket there for dry cleaning and I had to send it back. It had the same dirt mark on the arm as when I brought it there. It was actually the only reason I brought it for cleaning was for the little dirt mark on the arm. Otherwise the jacket is brand new and clean. They didn’t even clean it and charged $40 and returned it as is. This is a lazy dry cleaner and a sorry excuse for a business. The lady eats chips all day behind the desk and doesn’t answer the phones, and doesn’t pay you any mind unless you are from her same background and religion. Hence the only good reviews below are probably her family members and people from her community doing her a favour.She is very nice when taking your money, otherwise she has no accountability for her mistakes and no customer service and everything is apparently everyone else’s fault - I’m sure the “owner” will reply below with something completely bogus as like the other reviews blaming the customer. Lol. Learn to run a retail business.And yes, you are aware of the issue because we called you and also I had to bring it back and point out all the dirt marks on the jacket.

Really great service at a good price. Always satisfied with my experience here. Clothes are fresh, crisp and you feel great wearing them.

Extremely unprofessional, the lady working there is extremely rude, pathetic, cheater & lier. They destroy your cloths. & have no manners to talk to clients. She insulted me very badly & that was my last visit to this place.

BEWARE!!!First the lady that work there is very rude, unprofessional and manipulative. We took 4 expensive jackets there, 2 adult jackets and 2 children jackets. Because it’s expensive she said these jacket need to be dry clean and wash separately hence why the cost for dry clean was expensive. She said she can give better price if we pay in cash and pay upfront. So We paid $200 cash. When we get back there to pick up the jacket, they are not clean very well, even worse they damaged one of the jacket. The lady trying blame it on me and said my jacket was like that when I took it there. They also blame me for paying them not enough money. While she said it was supposed to wash separately, now she said it was wash with other clothes, that is why it came out like that. Then again she said maybe the previous cleaner had put chemicals that cause her dry clean to came out that way. So never their fault but everyone else’s.If the previous cleaner gave it to me with no problem, I see no reason why when it’s in their hand it will damaged my jacket. After some arguments of her trying to blame it on me and other people, she called out another guy from the back, and he agreed to take the jacket and they will send it somewhere for repair and clean again.It took 4 weeks for the reclean. When I saw it again, it still have black marks everywhere and I requested for a refund.( not even compensation for the damage of my jacket.) she yelled at me, called me cheap because I didn’t pay them more money. (I paid $200 for 2 adult jackets 2 children jackets) threatening to call the police on me. I see no point of arguing. When I was on my way out, she took picture of me and my car, my license plate. I have no idea what she is doing with my pictures. But just think she is pathetic.*Edited in response to the owner.The lady got very offensive when I asked her questions and started talking very loudly and yelling. I haven’t even complaint the way she talked to me, but they claimed I am harassing them. The bottom line is that they damaged my jacket, any respectful owner would compensate for the damage and own up to it. I have the right to ask for refund and compensate for the damage.Disregard how much I paid, if you evaluated and can not clean my items well, then don’t take it from the start. I was actually walking away when she told me the ridiculous price, she called me back to offer a better deal. I should of just keep walking away.Owner, please read your reviews, I am not the first to feel this way about this lady and your services. If one person say something different, then maybe not true. If many people feel the same, perhaps you should take a step back and reflect upon yourself.

I had some pants repaired at this shop. I had my pants back in a few days and the repair job looks very neatly done and feels strong. I am very satisfied with the tailor's work. Thank you.**EDIT**Changing my review from a 5 star to a 3 star. On two separate occasions I had pants repaired and then the repair ripped because they didn't layer the repair with another fabric to reinforce it. I brought the pants back after only 2 weeks and the lady wouldn't redo the repair without me paying. She said it was my fault, she said I had it done somewhere else. She was basically saying I was lying to her. Very unprofessional customer service. I come here often to repair clothes, I would have expected better treatment for a faulty repair.

Have had numerous tops and bottoms altered by Fatima (the tailor). Her work is excellent and reasonably priced.

Over the last few months I’ve had a really great experience with the service greensimple has provided me.I’ve been to many dry cleaners in downtown Toronto and often overpaid 2-3x for really bad service and cleaning. However, my experience here has been nothing short of exceptional.Their service has always been timely, and the quality of my dry cleaning has always been to the upmost of standards. Personally I feel comfortable knowing that they use health and environmentally friendly cleaning products. This helps to both preserve the environment and the health of my family.Their alterations are also very affordable. Its only $6 to have your dress pants shortened and $15 to have your waist shortened. I used to get my alterations done at the mall but paying $30 for a lower quality service just didn’t make sense to me anymore. Unlike the mall stores, these guys don’t outsource any of their alterations, it’s all done in-house and on the spot, before your very eyes if you want to have it done ASAP.Overall, if you are having a hard time at your current dry cleaners, or you just realized you’re overpaying for your alterations, I would definitely recommend giving these guys a shot!

Very bad service. Took a long time to dry clean my jacket, have to go there 3 times and was told they don’t know and don’t care, also the belt was missing. Don’t waste your time and money, simply go somewhere else.
