My experience with Riverside Millwork Group was stellar from start to finish - from George coming to our new house free of charge to measure for trim and doors, to Leila designing me the PERFECT walk-in closet within my budget, to Ronnie and his buddy being so professional yet jovial and friendly when installing the closet - it was excellence from the get-go. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your next project! If I had to nitpick about something, I’d suggest that when doors are delivered, an accompanying note as to where each one goes would be really beneficial to the contractor. These guys are top notch!!!

Wonderful personable service and delivery! We ordered new solid doors for the home and we love them.

Way better quality, size options and selection for millwork than any big box store. The fact that I can buy real hardwood trim for prices comparable too or even better than MDF at Lowes or Home Depot makes Riverside my preferred choice.

I needed a small amount hardwood floor planks and Scott Gordon from the front desk was a huge help in getting this project done for me. Was very impressed with the whole process.

Good looking doors, but the Warranty is useless. I have 15 doors and everyone of them had a problem. They tried to fix them but 7 had to be replaced. The doors expanded and broke apart. Riverside's response was that humidity over 70% nullifies the warranty. The humidity in Southwestern Ontario gets up to 97% outside and over 70% inside in the summer time. I believe they have a manufacturers defect in their process, They did sell me replacement doors with a deep discount but now I have to stain and finish the doors and then hire someone to hang them. I don't recommend their products.The worst customer service I have ever seen. After 2 months of trying to resolve the problem, the replacement doors arrived, they are bowed and a smaller size some some reason, Now they don't answer emails and telephone calls. Now I have paid twice as much and I still have a problem. I would never recommend this company. they don't stand behind their products.

I can't rave enough about how wonderful my experience with Leila and also the installers I had was. It was absolutely amazing our closet and pantry looks AMAZING but most importantly how truly wonderful people we had it made everything go SO smoothly and it looks stunning. Specially in these times that in the industry and trades can be reckless sometimes our installers were with the most care in the world, courteous and careful with our brand new home. Leila is very skilled, professional and sweet can't wait to do another project with them! SO WORTH IT YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Had a great experience with riverside millwork group. Their prices were fair and their service level was excellent. The design process was easy. Timeliness were transparent and adhered to. The installers went above and beyond to ensure the install day went smoothly, friendly efficient and left the space clean.Would highly recommend!

We love our new laundry/closet space!From the time of planning to the finished installation it was a pleasure to deal with Riverside Millwork.After a sight visit, Leila had come up with a cabinet configuration and design plan that were not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical. She thought of details, that we would not have taken into account.Installation by Dimitri was thorough, detail oriented and clean.In our home we had used a competitor before but are much happier with our choice of Riverside cabinets. Construction is solid, finish looks great and details are precise.We can only recommend this company to anybody looking for stylish and structurally sound cabinetry.
