He is awesome! Came in and explained my situation with my phone and he patiently listened and told me what the issue was and cost of the repair. Excellent customer service, and now i'm reunited with my phone in tip top condition. Definitely check this place out the sooner the better.

Excellent service. Last minute call up as I was in the Neighbourhood and the owner helped me right away. Patient and helpful explanation of what I needed to know about my new phone and getting me up and running. Purchased a case and screen protector which he also installed right away. Highly recommended.

My experience with this company is that I received fabulous service, the unlock was very fast, very efficient and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend Cellphone Repair in Richmond if you need anything done with your phone. I was VERY impressed with the service I received and will certainly tell my friends about this company.I have used several cellphone companies over the years for various services but without question, this one is the very best.

I was very happy with my experience with Cellphone Repair Center. I needed to replace an old cell phone and was able to purchase re refurbished cell phone at a great price. Looks like new! I will be back again!

I bought a used LG Google Nexus 5 from this gentleman nearly 3 months ago and the phone is doing great. I told him I wanted a phone between $100 - $150 with a warranty. He didn't try to push the phone on me and was so helpful that he went online and showed me where I could get new phones for that price at Best Buy. I went home and researched those other phones and found out I'd be getting at least twice the phone/features/quality for the same amount of money regardless there wasn't a warranty." Anyway

He replaced my Nexus 5 battery in a few minutes after I got there. He used the same LG battery as the original, so it has been working well. He is very knowledgeable and talks to you about your problem to make sure you are making the right repairs. This is the third time I have had a repair there (also repaired my Nexus One and Galaxy Nexus for water damage) and I always have a good experience. It might be cash only. I have never noticed a credit card machine there.

Had a great experience!! My iPhone 6 screen was shattered, the man who fixed my phone did a great job, put a screen protector on it, AND delivered it to Ladner at the end of the day. He went above and beyond for me and I'll definitely be back if I need my phone fixed again :)

They did a great job of fixing my galaxy s7 screen I had a chip in the screen for a long time but then last week a black bar appeared and was blocking most of my screen tthey were supper fast and really helpful. I got there at the end of the day on Saturday they took it in fixed it and they got it back to me Monday afternoon really good work it feels like a brand new phone!
