Hands on Alteration

Owner is very nice. Prepaid for numerous alterations and they were not done on time (cut my losses & took the items elsewhere - was refused a refund, only given a credit which I will never use). Stitching tension was far too tight on some garments, evident after a few washes - pretty much ruined. Had some dress shirts altered and some were taken in far too much & did not fit despite having them pinned prior to alteration. Roughly 12 out of 20 items were done to my satisfaction, 4 were ruined. Pretty disappointing experiences.

Highly recommended, I gave Maggie my Gucci tracksuit to get fitted (shorten sleeves for the jacket and shorten plus taper the sweat pants). Really happy with the quality finish and price was reasonable.
