Their onsite parts people may be good, but beware of online parts orders.I ordered shocks online and wen they sent me the invoice the shipping and brokerage charges were couple dollars close to the price of the 2 shocks.Wen I questioned the charges she said this is our cross border policy.Further questions on the need for all the extortion charges gave me a nasty , threatening email that I will be blocked from further contactBe careful

It's kind of an odd setup. I went in to inquire about a part for my truck and they didn't seem to have a parts showroom like other dealers. Rather, it was just a counter with a bunch of desks behind it. Definitely not a place to browse.That said, the woman who helped me was great, wish I could remember her name. Very friendly and helpful.

We bought a Western Star 5700 XE from Cullen’s a few weeks ago. Very impressed with the service we received. Maria was AMAZING and truly went above and beyond for us. We live in Alberta so we bought it long distance. If it hadn’t been for Maria, it would have be a deal breaker for us to buy unseen.She was very responsive to all emails, going into the dealership on her time off to FaceTime video’s for us. She answered all of our questions and made buying another truck a great experience. Thank you very much for making our deal go so smoothly!!

i got gland broken while pickup of a load in their yard and when i asked them to change it at reception they didnt talk to me for an hour after hour they were like we cant say that we can change it or not and till that time they even dont look my truck. all of guys were sitting there and keep ignoring me and then a driver help to fix my truck gland hand
