The place is good, has reasonable waiting area to wait while your car get done. I only went for oil change which was done one time, though the charges were higher than my regular mechanic. Overall service was not bad.However, next time I would go, will make sure to ask for estimate before giving a go ahead. I realized there were some hidden charges that werent communicated upfront, but only after I went for pickup.

I've been bringing my vehicles here since 2015. Great service, honest people, fair prices.

I called in on Thursday morning. Gato was able to squeeze me in to fix flat tire and complete seasonal tire changeover. Car is ready as promised. Technician is very friendly. Great services.

Excellent service and the manager Garo was so friendly! This shop was able to change my flat tire in the same day and even ordered in the tire that day for me as well.So grateful as I need my car and my regular garage said I would have to wait a week with a spare on my car.Thank you so much! I will definitely see you again.

Took my vehicle here to have spark plugs changed. When I got the car back, I noticed severe misfires so immediately I went back. They found one of the new plugs was cracked. Claimed that it was damaged out of the box. Even if true, the technician should have checked it before installation. They replaced the cracked plug with another one, car still had misfires and would even backfire when driving at speed. They just revved the engine and told me the issue must have already existed before they worked on my car. Went to a different mechanic who replaced the spark plug (3rd time) and the ignition coil costing me about 400$. I understand AGR specializes in tires and suspension work, but if you accept a job, you should make sure to do it right....

I had a nail in my tire and initially went to Mr Lube because it was closer for me. They flat out said No

For those going to this location I advise you dont. I was over charged 200.00 for buying brand new tires and labor fees. The job took no more than 30 minutes and I was charged for one hour for balancing $90.00 and then the same techinican did my wheel alignment for $132.00 when I called the guy said it was two different technicians which was a lie. Take my money but you lost a customer and I am going to let coperate know scum bags. You rip off a customer to lose the customer? Nice business practice CHEERS!!

Whys the environmental fee charged on seasonal tire swaps?To response: I did not check the bill until the end of the day as I have never had this type of issue before; this was my first tire swap at Active Green and the first service at this specific location. I dont get why should customers getting service thats got nothing to do with environmental/waste removal be responsible for this cost.

I just replaced 4 tires. The staff is very helpful and gave me the best recommendations and clear price quote. The service is quick and done right before I finished my coffee in nearby Tim Hortons.So considering other reviews here to complaining the price, my recommendation is ask staff a paper price quote and confirm that's all you will pay.
