What more can I say than outstanding. Janice who works at the front desk is extremely kind and I must say our insurance, Sonnet, was incredible. We were given a wonderful loaner while they worked on our car, they were in constant communication and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The drivers in and around Vancouver can be a bit wild so I’m sure they get lots of business, but their professionalism and kindness makes them stand out. I hope I don’t ever require their services again in the sense of needing repairs for damage done to our vehicle, but if it had to be from anyone this garage and their mechanics are top of the line. Thank you for making a stressful process less cumbersome.

I brought my civic in for a repair after an accident. I was told that icbc would not cover some of the repair to a bumper as hit. I was billed for the repair even though I did not authorize it.

Great job on installing windshield. I was told the vehicle was washed but the top and back were covered with sand. Came out dirtier than it went in. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Did a great job on my windshield repair.They had to move by car, First Lady didn’t know how to drive standard.Guy that “knew how” stalled my car a few times driving 20-30 feet.Otherwise great shop.
