I would give 5 stars if it were based on the morning employees. But everytime I go there in the evening the staff are unfriendly and seem to hate their own existence. 2 younger guys in particular. One guy working last night didn't even say a word to me. Just said hi to let me know he was ready to Take my order. No smile no thank you no nothing. Handed me my coffee without even looking at me. Felt like I was an inconvenience to him. I'm always pleasant and gave him no reason to be so rude.

Food takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Atrocious customer service. Don’t serve rice bowls if you don’t have rice ready. Edit: finally was given my bowl and got a dirty fork with it. Never going back.

This place has tanked so hard. The staff is clearly under-trained, their drinks and food are awful. And the place is always dirty (don't even think of going into the bathrooms unless you enjoy the overpowering smell of urine).

Always understaffed. It takes them 15min to attend 3 clients every time. If your in a hurry don't bother. Maybe the owners should pay better to attract workers. At least 20% of people that walk in. Walk back out without buying.

Staff are being treated like Social Workers. Undervalued staff in general at Tim Horyons. The food has long become something from a nightmare hospital cafeteria. I enjoyed this place for coffee. Now I'm afraid of coffeen and 18% creme and the random or zero flavour derived from the 26 varieties of Arabic beans. A sad situation and I appreciate it once every few months or year. Oh yeah, its role for new Canadians -- whoever's dreamed that up as a mass employer, we can do better to hook people up in Canada.

came in Sunday, May 21st at 7pm. The teenager in front of me appeared to have been waiting for 5+ minutes. The staff who was mopping behind the counter did not acknowledge her or stop what she was doing to take her order. It took a while for someone to come out from the back to take her order. Staff working at the time were not aware of customers. Wait time took too long during a quiet hour so I left.The staff I have been served by during the evenings on the weekdays have been much better, quick, and friendly.

Nice clean place to have a coffee and meet up with friends. No pretentious brews or expectations, just good coffee at a reasonable price! Thumbs up!

I have been to the store in the evening to pickup my Mobile order and when I reached there for pickup they did not prepare any of the items. There were two boys working and I had to wait for extra time. What is is purpose of mobile ordering if the customer has still to wait ?

I came in yesterday to get some quick food and go and I noticed that the staff were taking some time to get the customers food and order ahead of me. 5 minutes in and I got my order and 5 minutes later I got all my food. They misspelt my name to Marc" and the tables were clean

I come in frequently and the lady who works there Marion is very short and comes across very rude…. I’ve seen her talking down at trainees instead of constructive criticism she’s just getting mad at them. Also I don’t like how she deals with customers - I always feel rushed with her. Other employees are very friendly and welcoming and Marion is comes across as though she’s too busy to deal with you or just isn’t even wanting to be working and trying to get you away from the till without finishing ordering. I hadn’t even paid and she called the next customer forward!!!!!! Like finish your interaction then move on!Everyone else who works there thank you for the friendly and helpful service
