A few days ago I went to this salon for my gel manicure appointment. I was served by this friendly Vietnamese nail tech, who unfortunately could not speak English nor French. So when I explained to her and showed her what kind of nail design I wanted (it was so simple and required only the colour I had picked), she had a hard time understanding. Realizing what was going on, the manager came and translated what I wanted. After a few tries, I realized she couldn’t do what I wanted. So I settled for a simple application.When came the time to pay for my 46$ gel manicure, I selected the 10% tip option (which equals 4.60$). I was upset that I didn’t get the design I wanted and had to settle for a simple application. So I thought it was fair to give a 10% tip.But as soon I pressed the 10% tip button, the MANAGER grabbed the machine from my hands and kept on insisting that I should be tipping more. ???? I was just in shock. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I did not voice a single complain about my experience, but she had the audacity to ask me to tip more??? When I told her how I felt, she kept insisting that I wasn’t tipping enough and that her tech still tried to do the simple design I wanted (despite failing). She kept the machine and she wouldn’t let me proceed with the payment (until she did). It was downright unprofessional, and even embarrassing for her. It made me so uncomfortable. I will not be going again.

I've been going to this place for a couple of years now and it used to be good quality manicures/pedicures with a friendly environment. But the last time I went, the staff just seemed to rush through everything and the quality of the manicure/pedicure is not good. The nail polish was not put on evenly so there are some patchy parts, and the manicurist was aggressive with her tools and made four different nails bleed at the cuticle. My manicurist also could not understand when I told her it hurt (I tried in English and in French). Overall, it just wasn't an experience or a final product I would pay for again at this particular salon. It's a shame because some of the employees there are very talented, but I want a consistent experience.

Very clean space and attentive nail techs! She explained all the prices and styles to me and let me choose exactly what I wanted to ensure I’d be happy. Such nice staff! They do get busy so I recommend booking appointments beforehand!

Beautiful nails, the colors are vibrant and very pretty! The atmosphere and staff where very nice! I can't wait to go back, 10/10 would recommend!

The owner or manager is not polite at all. I’ve been using the services and she has no manners at all. The employees are nice. I am already looking for another nail salon.

Got my nails done with my friend (refill+shellac), and both of us love their work ! Super professional, patient and very reasonably priced, they took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it before sending us off. I asked for a transparent nude colour, and she tested multiple on my nails to make sure we found the one I liked, and my friend found her matte top coat was streaky, so they redid it. All around great service, highly recommend !

I had a manicure at GG 3 days ago. I got the shellac polish and it was so rushed and applied far from the nails cuticles.Beyond the nails, the hygiene of the salon is not good. The tools are dirty, the UV machine have so much dried polish and dirt and the working station doesn’t look sanitary. The girls next to me didn’t even have UV machines and had to dry their nails in front of a fan.I’ve been coming to this salon since before COVID, but it’s never been this dusty. To protect everyone’s health and safety and to make sure that the tools are sanitary, the salon should clean the working stations in their entirety.

This nail salon is amazing. I just moved here from the US and was nervous to get my nails done since I hardly speak French and wasn't sure if I'd find a salon that could speak English. Everyone that helped me spoke English which was nice. But the service was incredible. They weren't exactly sure what I wanted done but worked hard to understand and made sure my nails were perfect. I'm not even a picky person, they just kept asking if it was exactly what I wanted every step of the way. I never got that in New York!My nails look absolutely perfect. On top of this, the prices are reasonable. And when I was leaving, I got a gift for Christmas! I'll definitely be back again and again! Bonne année!

I live a block away from the place, and honestly it’s the best thing that could’ve happened! I’ve only gone once for my nails (manicure shellac) and they did such a beautiful job! I will definitely be going back when I’m due!! The prices are great and so is the service! My mom also did hers there with me and she really enjoyed it (she isn’t easy to please)!
