Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for the past 5 years and have always had a great experience with them, until my recent experience with this Enterprise location. I would strongly advise anyone against renting a vehicle from this specific location. The manager, Abhinav, lacks basic communication skills and professionalism. He accused me of lying due to a miscommunication on their end and made me feel like I was talking to a 2-year-old. Even worse, it was only after I had to escalate my complaint to Enterprise corporate that someone attempted to sort things out. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would advise others to avoid this location at all costs.Honestly, I'm really disappointed with the whole situation. It's hard to believe that a company as reputable as Enterprise would employ such unprofessional individuals in a customer service-oriented field. I’m glad that I went to this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm friendly service and the car that was provided. After I returned the vehicle, there was a little billing error that was discovered and rectified. Good work.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jay on this location and he made sure that everything was taken care of before and after the rental. Parking was ok. The location is very accessible and the rest of the staff was helpful helpful as well.

Use caution making a reservation with a specific vehicle in mind (ie: Jeep Wrangler). It’s a bit of a “bait and switch.” Not sure why they allow you to book a specific vehicle when they have no intention of ensuring it’s there for you. (Otherwise what’s the point of a reservation in the first place?). Not impressed and it has ruined holiday plans. I have always had amazing customer service from Enterprise in the USA where they happily go above and beyond to ensure you get the vehicle reserved. I will not rent from this location or Enterprise in Canada. :(

Hello everyone my name is George , AKA SLY . I came to this location to rent a truck for a week , fantastic rates aswell . The manager Shaad and Ruppinder were the kindest and very respectful staff. So I had a issue with the truck , and there was no hesitation they replaced the vehicle and upgraded me to a very nice car . I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

Service was quick and reliable, provided me with great customer service unlike the branch in king george, 5 stars for sukhman and shaadman for taking care of everything for me, even changing the car when i asked for it. If you ever need to rent a car i could definitely recommend the newton branch and look for sukhman, do not go to king george branch

Enterprise is a number 1 car rental agency. I was supposed to get a courtesy vehicle while my car was getting fixed. Enterprise called me, booked a very nice car for me. Ajay from the enterprise not only came to pick me up from the auto shop but he also helped me move the stuff from my own car to the courtesy car. The process of getting the car was nice and easy Ajay properly explained everything to me.Then on the day of return after picking up the car from the auto shop, Ajay gave me a courtesy call to inform me that they had picked the vehicle and about the security deposit.I really appreciate Ajay's help. I highly recommend enterprise.

Some of the worst customer service. An employee posing to be a manager had no idea how to process a reservation transferred from another location. He also did not want to provide me with my employee discount because of my spouse being there present as additional driver which makes no sense. Instead of working to resolve the situation and come to a mutual conclusion he ignored us and proceeded to a phone call. This is why businesses fail and lose customers because of individuals like this with no customer service or people skills.

Although I had to wait over an hour for my rental car, the overall service was good. They let me pick which car I wanted and gave me a ride to and from the body shop. I will rent from enterprise in the future.

Jay was responsible to provide us with our rental SUV. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our rental SUV has clean interiors and the general upkeep of their fleet seemed good. Our experience with this branch is excellent, all thanks to the hard working staff.
