Very good selection of paddle boards and complementary equipment.

We bought 2 kayaks and accidentally broke 2 paddles in the first couple of weeks. He replaced them right away with upgraded paddles which we have paddled everyday for 2 summers. Thanks so much for your wonderful service.

I bought a used e-bike with the understanding that it was previously used as a rental but had under 30KM, and the cost was $750. I drove 2 hours to pick up the bike to be told it was $1000, since my bike had no defects.He had 2 other bikes available that had a problem with the peddle assist, and sold 1 of them to my husband for $500.When I got home, I find out that my bike has a defect with the battery, and it continuously loses power. I called to ask if I could swap the battery and was told no because the bike had a known problem with the battery. At no time was I ever told there was a battery problem, and at least 3 other people heard him reassure me multiple times there was no problem with the bike I was purchasing. The least he could have done was offered me some of my money back to pay for a new battery (which costs approx $400 to replace). Especially given the fact that he charged me $250 more than I was quoted.Terrible customer service, and I will never return to this shop to purchase from the surf shop, the grocery store or the butcher. I would never trust his word after this encounter. Had he been honest with me upfront, I could have made my decision based on that.
