Fuss Cupcakes
Have been visiting Fuss for a year now, and have been thoroughly impressed everytime. The cupcakes never disappoint ! I have recently ordered some custom cakes/cupcakes and have loved every single order! The designs always come out exactly how I envision, and the ordering process is very thorough and simple. My go to place for cupcakes and cakes!

Fuss Cupcakes
We ordered 12 dozen mini cupcakes for our wedding a couple weeks ago. We went with Fuss because they have a gluten free and nut free facility. The gluten free cupcakes were amazing and were all gone by the end of the end of the night. The regular" cupcakes were also delicious and the perfect bite for our guests at the wedding. Unfortunately

got 2 packs of mini cupcakes. the icing was oily it actually looked almost wet. and it had so much food colouring it stained everyone’s face, teeth, and hands. the cake itself was fine, but seriously horrible icing.

I came to buy a cupcake and there was one customer waiting already. The customer service rep was on the phone. No acknowledgment whatsoever. The first customer left without buying and I waited for a bit to see if she’s going to help me. Nope. Not a word from her. So I walked out as well. She lost 2 customers while she’s on the phone.

I go here a lot and love the cloud 9 cupcakes. I got them for mothers day and the premise of the colour change is for such a great cause but the icing was awful I could not get the food colouring taste out of my mouth . My tongue is a different colour. You can make rainbow but just without so much food colouring. But love all the other flavours

My partner and I got our anniversary cake from here and we were so happy with what we paid for. It was a fairly big cake and lasted a while. We also got the mini cupcakes for a birthday celebration those were also 10/10. There’s lots too choose from !

Awful service! Did not complete the cake I ordered online and provided a week and half notice. Called twice to ask about it nobody knew anything and said they would call me back. I have received no call back and had to find someone else last minute to make a cake for me. Completely unreliable!

Fuss Cupcakes have exceptional flavour and are very fresh! They are a fun substitute for a cake! Unfortunately, the customer service is a bit rude, and there isn't really any help with suggestions. Try it out, but ask for some space if they are hovering without helping.
