CYL Infrared Studio Grosse Pointe

As someone with autoimmune disease & chronic pain, this experience has truly changed my life. The pain relief I have experienced from the infrared sauna is unmatched. Not to mention 30 minutes of quiet time in a spa room?! It’s good for your body, mind & soul!It is clean, employees/owners are cheerful & helpful. They also sell some super cool and unique merchandise!

I absolutely recommend CYL Sauna Studio. If you are looking for a calm, relaxing way to unwind after a long day or week - this is the place for you. The studio is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable to educate you on the process. I personally feel so relaxed during the sauna sessions that I oftentimes fall asleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Not only is it relaxing, but my skin feels amazing (it’s usually very dry) and I have more energy after a few sessions. I think everyone should try it at least once, I do t know how long the offer lasts, but right now your first session is free. Plus - they give you a cute gift bag just for trying it out. Single rooms or a double if you choose that option with individual infrared saunas. I feel relaxed and alert after. Great environment and staff. First session is free! (at time of this posting)

I have neuropathy from chemo treatments, and I can’t explain why, but the 30-minute sweat has greatly reduced the pain, and helps me sleep better at night. CYL Sauna Studio is clean, safe, and quiet. The staff is knowledgeable and owners Carol and Karl are caring and encouraging. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend taking advantage of your first free visit! Once you visit, you will realize how amazing this sauna treatment is. I have been a spa member for about a month and visit twice a week. Over this time, I have benefited from relief of knee pain, losing inches around my waist, and feeling healthier. The hours of the spa are flexible and the staff is helpful and friendly!
