Wish 0 stars was an option. I received a collection notice for a bill (under $50) that I NEVER received. I called immediately to resolve the matter - and was transferred to the rudest man I have ever encountered. Collections may be a challenging job - but if that’s how you speak to someone who wants to pay - I cannot imagine how this company treats other people. Truly unprofessional

I wish if could give them less than One Star, Very Very Rude Customer Support, they should be Removed Totally.Call 4 times with No Replay, even One Customer Support Hung Up mean without knowing what was my Issue.

Apparently I'm on the docket, lol, idiots, there is no docket, you can't take somebody to court before actually contacting them, especially when you have the wrong person. Some clown calls, leaves a 5 minute rambling message, mentioning some names, who I have no idea of who they are. He specifically says, I'm not sure if I have the right number, well if you arent sure , then perhaps you shouldn't be name dropping other people's private financial matters to an unknown number. Very professional, I'm assuming this place goes to court more times to defend their ignorance than they do to collect pennies from the poor. Get a life, find a new job, there is already plenty of scum on the floor, we don't need more.

Would rate in the negative.Received numerous calls for a relative of my husband.Called back to have our phone number removed.Agent was extremely rude and ultimately hung up.This type of conduct is completely unprofessional and uncalled for.Seeing numerous comments like this with no response or action to correct.This company should be investigated.

Scammers. I don't owe anything to anyone and don't have anything on my credit report. They keep calling me from random numbers saying I have personal business matter. Don't bother calling them back.

They started calling me on the third day after I arrived in Canada. I didn't have a bank account or any financial relationships in Canada yet, but they have continued to call me every day for the past three months.Cheap, low-quality, and low-level company. The text from their phone sounds bad and is illegible. They call thoughtlessly and do not try to sort out the problem. They don’t even know my name

Keeps calling me daily including weekends, the law states there only allowed to call 3 times a week, the interesting part is I owe nothing to know one, i will never answer there calls nor return there calls so f...off and stop calling me. this has been going on for months, give it up i owe nothing to know one. SCAM SCAM SCAM. YOUR SCAM IS NOT WORKING GIVE IT UP.

BEWARE OF THE SCAMS.NATIONAL CREDIT RECOVERY INC (NCRI) was harassing me daily, claiming that I owed equipment and money to Rogers, whom I closed my account with over 15 years ago and my credit report is clean. I requested documentation but, of course, they couldn't come up with it. I ended up having to file a complaint on 03/01/23 with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB made several efforts to contact NCRI but they failed to respond. Around 03/20/23, NCRI stopped contacting me; however, it appears they sold my contact information to another fraudulent operation who is now contacting me, leaving messages with just a reference number.

As vexing as this company is, it is a legitimate company. I did not enjoy being harassed for 94.05 and being called 5 times a day, they are a collections agency that's what they do, my Paypal balance is cleared up, yet I find it ridiculous that Paypal reached out to this vexing firm to collect 94.05, rather than talking to me first or give me time to clear it up without these people, after 11 years with Paypal. It isn't a scam company. They do need to learn professionalism, if I could give zero stars I would, yet they are not scammers. Just a vexing collection agency.

Jayme Macdougall has been very helpful with settling my balance debt with NCRI. I even payed them for another file I thought that was opened but, was actually closed. She was able to get my refund back within a couple days. Thank you for all the help Jayme!
