HIGHLY recommend Waterloo North Veterinary! Our fur baby Cece, has had some health issues and Dr. Fell and Christine have been absolutely incredible. They are so compassionate, thorough and professional. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our girl.

I don't think we appreciated this place enough until we had to find a new vet after moving. The whole staff is friendly, and they are AMAZING with our cats. One of them can be difficult sometimes, but they give them so much love that they just tolerate all treatments. Our cat has an autoimmune disease that means we have to take her to the vet often, and multiple times they did not charge us in follow-up visits. They make sure to talk to you about treatment, nutrition, dental care and anything else you might be wondering about your pets. The window that lets you see into the examination room is also amazing - we can see the whole procedures and the vets will explain everything they are doing and why. We've considered driving the hour and 40 minutes it would take for us to come back here just for the quality of the service. 100% recommended.

This was my first visit to Waterloo North. Linda listened to what I had to say about my new dog and asked many clarifying questions. I was not rushed. She completed her exam and gave me thorough verbal report which will be followed with a written report. All round a very good experience and I highly recommend this vet. North Waterloo Vet treated us very well. Our initial phone call (before we were customers), was very informative. They took 15 minutes to go over the process that we are to expect at the vets with our new puppy. We are in good hands

Absolutely amazing! Even during the pandemic we felt heard and felt like our dog Bobby was in the greatest of hands. All the staff and vet were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we will be referring all friends and family to this wonderful clinic! Thank you again to all 3 ladies, Jess , Wilma and Dr Julie! We had our first appointment recently for our rescue, Blu who has historically been very nervous at the vet and we were blown away by how kind and caring the staff was. This level of care means the world to us!

My cat was having a small emergency and North Waterloo clinic was the only ones that would see my cat. The doctor was nothing less than amazing. She was so compassionate and considerate. I will be brining both of my cats here going forward even though its a bit of a drive.

The staff are always very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always make us feel welcome and go out of their way for our dog! Our dog is anxious when it's a new place or one where she doesn't go very often. She also is fearful of hard floors. When she didn't want to go inside theh had me come escort her inside. When she was anxious inside they put a mat on the floor for her so she'd feel more comfortable. She calmed down and was fine. The doctors get down on the floor with her, she's a smaller dog, and is at her level to make her feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet.
