In 2017, shortly after I decided to pursue a lifelong dream to be a professional actor, a working actor friend said to me, “You have to talk to Buddy Brennan at Working Reel.”I met Buddy at a Cambridge coffee shop and in a chat that lasted an hour or so, I learned more about Acting craft and the business of Acting than I ever could have imagined.Since that day, Buddy has become so much more than my Acting Coach; he is a teacher, mentor, guide, advisor, counsellor and most important, friend. Buddy, and his entire team at Working Reel are, without question, one of the most significant contributors to helping me turn a dream that I thought was a fantasy into reality! My acting career really took off once I started classes with Buddy. Classes with him have opened my eyes to what casting director's look for in a submission, how to crack an audition, the right way, how to breakdown a script and analyze the small things within the script that will set you apart from the other candidates.Buddy also gave me a sense of direction on where I could go with my acting career. He also gives it to you straight up on how you’re doing, and what you need to improve on, and never, never puts you down as an actor. I've signed up for the yearly coaching classes with him, and honestly, highly highly recommend him.
