I am soo happy that I found Grass Gators. I have been using them for 2 years and my lawn has never looked better. They are so helpful with my questions and great customer service. My Lawn always looks and feels Green and lush.

This is by far the BEST company you could ever go with! They are super reasonable, they care about doing an amazing job! They are so helpful and reliable! They never miss anything. Super friendly and professional! I had the most amazing conversation with James the owner! They are an exceptional company! Went above and beyond my expectations! Before and After unrecognizable!

Had grass gators work with our lawn this summer and I am very impressed! We’ve had problems with our lawn growing for years and consistently had dead patches throughout, after grass gators our lawn has never been greener, or healthier! We’re very pleased with the results and would recommend!

I noticed I had cinch bugs last July when my previously healthy lawn was starting to die in patches. I paid a LOT of money for 3 treatments (they said they were cinch bug experts). Post care instructions left on a piece of paper all three times said to soak the lawn immediately after treatment (and rain doesn’t count). My lawn continued to be destroyed, there was no difference and when I spoke to the owner, he said DO NOT water for 2 days after treatment and then he said they must have left the instructions for fertilizer and not bug treatment. No offer to reimburse or anything. He said I now have to dig up my lawn and reseed it. No help from them either. Wow. The worst company ever. Stay away!! Repeat: instructions provided said to water right away but was later told by the owner I should have waited two days and the wrong instructions were provided. So 3 treatments were not effective at all regardless of whether my neighbour rents or owns their property (they were washed away). I replied to the 1 email I received in reply to my request for further help (on March 26) and did not get a reply from Grass Gators. It’s now April 19. Just re-sent that reply. FYI: I rarely submit reviews or complaints but in this case I felt people need to be aware of my experience if they are considering using this company for help with cinch bugs.

LOVE this company! I would never go anywhere else. I started with them last year and I could not believe how quickly they turned by grass into Lush & GREEN. They gave me great advice. Looking forward to any year with Grass Gators.

I ordered grass gators for the first time this year, and wow my lawn has never looked this great. Very friendly people to work with and very professional. The price was a great deal, and my lawn is looking amazing. Definitely would recommend hiring these guys for lawn care services. From my experiences with various companies the Gators were by far the best. Overall a fantastic experience and will be hiring these guys back for years to come.

The quality of their product and service is outstanding! They turned my sad lawn into Green and lush. I have never seen it that green before. I would only use Grass Gators.

We have been using Grass Gators for years and could not be happier. They are quick to respond, have great customer service, and our lawn is completely weed free and so green. They always arrive when they say they will be there & leave us with clear instructions on the care our lawn might need in between services. Great value compared to the bigger companies.

Had our lawn looked after last year by this company after years of doing our own lawn. We wanted to get some of some weeds so decided to use a company for a year. They totally destroyed our lawn. We used to have thick lushish lawn and last year when they did the 1st two applications we told them out lawn was not looking great and their reply was they were testing a new formula that they were not liking. We got no refund and nothing was done after this. Why would you test a new formula and not tell your clients and fix what you ruined. Don't use this company.
