ODS is THE BEST in Canada and the US. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. We have been using ODS for years and there are not enough good words to describe how amazing this pilot car service is! All of the agents are very knowledgeable, helpful and beat the prices of any pilot car service out there! Their website and ordering a pilot car is extremely easy and they respond quickly with a pilot car at your service. They are warm and welcoming and most importantly put YOU first. They strive to create a lasting impression and they excel in doing so.Within the trucking industry, we are a bit needy at times due to hot loads and needing pilot cars quickly, but ODS and their team never fail! Thank you Nick, Stefano, Micah, Jamey, Rick, Matt, Arthur, Jason, Wesley and the rest of the team for all you do! You are greatly appreciated for making my job easier!

I don't trust anyone else for our pilot car needs.I'm always amazed at the ODS team's uncanny ability to keep up with our everchanging requests. ODS also manages to navigate all the chaos of the trucking industry—while remaining calm and pleasant at all times. Honestly? It's kind of freaky.Truly the best in the business!

9 days in to an order and still no route. The surveyor gave the same route and asked the state for other routing due to low overpass the surveyor then submitted the same exact route the state that has the low overpasses on it we are not in the business of rittihg bridges

Although I can't speak about ODS as a client, as a business partner I can tell you that ODS is a team of uncompromising professionals. Founder & President Nick Ruscito-Caissy is a force of nature personality/person of character that you could trust your life (and wife) with. He has a story of success made for movies and he cares so deeply for his customers that I am sure you can't tell the difference between friend or client. If I ever have a building to move (no pun intended) I will call Nick.

So far, I have made use of this company's services on four separate occasions. Each of their pilot car operators has been polite, professional, and very helpful.

Although we haven't been dealing with the team at ODS as a client, I can attest to the the importance they put on always being able to provide their customer with an optimal and positive experience. The teams' energy, dynamism and professionalism is the true attestation to their success. Without any hesitation I would recommend ODS to anyone!

I book all of our pilot cars at TMC thru ODS. What a great company to do business with. All of the operations people are top notch and are very helpful in booking pilot cars and there billing people are easy to work with too. Thank you Nick, Stefano. Larry. I called this company about lining up a pilot car. They sent me a set up sheet, This set up sheet first thing is asking for a credit card. I called them and told them I will not be giving out my CC number without knowing if they can get me a car. Also I pay with Comcheck. They do not use Comcheck this throws yet another red flag in my book.
