Adopted 2 dogs from Rosie's. It was easy met with someone filed out the former that's it. The best thing I did for me and the dog. However today the procedure is online only, you fill out a form so unpersonable no real contact with anyone. To bad.. I've adopted 10 other dogs from other places, they all lived a great life sometimes its more a feeling between the dog and the person than filing in a paper..
