I had a total of 7 keys made.4 of one key3 of anotherThe 4 keys I had made do not fit the lock and don't work. I contacted for a refund. Still waiting for an answer. These keys were for a deadbolt lock.***Update: 1. The owners commented on this post to provide assistance 2. My refund requested was approved very fast, from the email that I sent yesterday.***The other three keys work fine, they are for a normal door handle.As of right now I would not recommend getting keys done here. Unless it's a simple door lock key.

The automated key making machine worked very well and saved a lot of time. The key worked first time, unlike how often I purchased keys from other vendors in which the keys had to be brought back to be recut because they did not work.

The kiosk was very easy to use. Fair prices and my keys were ready in a 3 minutes. Tested the keys in the lock and they all worked perfectly

Do NOT call these people if you’re locked out. I got locked out at 8pm, called, was told a technician would call me back right away, it’s now almost 11pm and nobody has called to help. On top of that, when I called back to ask for a status, I was hung up on. Terrible service.

I used the key machine in Walmart. It did the job and the keys work. The variety of “fancy” keys weren’t all displayed but it’s not a big deal.Buy two and get the third free send fair.

I usually find key cutting needs to be redone by people but this machine was perfect. I did three keys and they all work exactly like they should! Great colour selection, and I got one key for free! Plus it was cheaper, less noisy and faster than the human equivalent. From now on I’ll use this service with no hesitation at all!
