Danny, and his team was great. I needed my cowboy boots alternated, he knew exactly what needed to be done to make them comfortable without compromising on the shape and comfort. I brought my boots in to two other leather goods store, and Danny knew exactly what needed to be done. Customer service is incredible and turnaround time was quick.

I loved bringing in a pair of sad boots recently. My rubber soles were cracking and the amazing magicians at Capital Hill Shoe Clinic put in some time and care fixing them up. So happy my feet will be dry on my dog walks now. Plus supporting a local business in my community feels great! 100% recommend!

Well experienced family owned, compared to other places that I have been to in the city. They cleaned my shoes and did a amazing job. They noticed things on my shoes that I would of never noticed needed to be done. They were very honest in telling me what they recommend. I never usually post however I thought I would post because of there service, I wanted to let everyone know how great these guys are.

Best cobbler in the city. Dropped off a pair of boots that have alot of sentimental value to me to get fixed. Needed new soles and heals and they took great care of me. Had them done in a couple days and got an email when they were ready. And to top it off it was at an amazing price no where else in the city could beat. Most definitely going to be a return customer for as long as these guys are around.great job guys!

Their prices are reasonable and easy to deal with.They did an amazing job to expand my daughter's tight shoes bought online.Saves us $ for shipping back.Highly recommended. Went to Redharrt store looking for Canada west work boots and luckily they didn’t have my size. Had no idea about this gem of a place but I’m sure glad I found it. Boots were 100 dollars cheaper and the guy who helped me out (and family has run the store forever) was fantastic. Will definitely be back and appreciate all the help.

The staff are pleasant and friendly. They are knowledgeable. Service is efficient both in terms of time and cost. I dropped off 2 pairs of dressed shoes with scuffs and they made them look brand new for a small price. It took a couple days and they were ready. The store also has some amazing work boots and cowboy boots for sale. I highly recommend this store and will be back once I scuff my shoes again or for yearly polishing. They are tucked in by the washroom at the food court, well worth a visit!
