Tremendous customer service. The reception team are friendly, efficient and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist (Lisa) are wonderful and have a superior chairside manner.

The price isnt bad but the fact that they rush their time with you leaves to more to desire from a dentist. Inexperience with reshaping and filling tooths. Would not recommend.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. So friendly and make you feel like you've been going for years - even if you've only been for the first time. I've been extremely happy with the work done! Dr. Mak is so kind and gentle and makes going to the dentist easy, especially if you're nervous.

I absolutely love this dental office. The staff is wonderful. They have taken me right away both times that I have called with severe dental pain. Dr. Mak is direct, honest and caring. The ladies are all so sweet and kind. Just such a wonderful team. I strongly suggest coming here for any dental/oral needs.Alex

Always prompt courteous and caring. I had been a patient of Dr. Foo's since I was a kid at his Richmond Hill office. When I moved to Pickering I transferred to this office and have been in the care of this team for 5 years now. Always friendly, helpful and on schedule :)

Great office! So friendly and caring. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Mak made my visit as enjoyable as it could be, lolThe receptionists are so kind and most helpful and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive experience.The hygienist's were amazing too, for the first time, it didn't hurt to get my teeth cleaned!
