Aerie Store

I only go to the Aerie store to pick up online orders. Seeing that they only sell women's clothing, there's no other reason for me to venture there. My items are always ready and waiting for me to pick them up, so I'm always in and out in jo time. What I like most is the option to have any pick up your item for you. That's convenient.

This store used to be different in all senses. I went during a week day around 10:10 am the store apparently was tidy and clean but, don’t try to find more options in the drawers because it is a big mess. I found a swimming suit that I liked and I decided to tried on, it was the worst decision, the changing room were worst than dirty, I wasn’t feel comfortable to tried on in that amount of dust. The cashier was friendly and nice but I don’t think to come back anytime soon.

Been here a few times throughout the years and I just have to say.. everyone that works here is so lovely and very helpful! I’ve never had anything less than a great experience. They will go out of their way to help you find the things you want and have even ordered items to be shipped directly to me the times that they were not in stock!

Amazing customer service! I found a set at this store which I loved but seemingly the sizes I wanted were sold out. The store manager went out of her way to look for the bottoms in the right size while another store employee ordered me the correct size top to my house at no extra cost. I’m so impressed at how helpful the associates were and how prompt they were with responses to help. Thank you once again :)

December 22, 2022 afternoon, the South Indian woman in her 40s working in the fitting rooms needs to learn what working means. I stood in front of her and she didn’t look up from her mobile. After I walked into the change room, she followed me in and said something about fitting room. I told her she didn’t seem like she worked there as she was on her phone and she didn’t get my point and replied “no worries”. Wth? When I left again she didn’t even come over to the table so I left the garments on the table. Then I looked at some more garments just outside the fitting room and saw they didn’t have my size, and when I looked over to the fitting room, again she was on her phone. I decided to leave as it wasn’t worth my time. If I wanted to be a self serve customer I’d work here since I wouldn’t have to work as an employee.

Honestly really happy with the service I received the day prior. I got to the store 10 minutes before closing due to a delay & felt so bad about it. The girls working told me it was fine, they let me browse around for the time being & helped me find all the sizes I needed. Nobody gave me dirty looks because I came in so late or made me feel rushed. The cashier was just as sweet & gave me a free reusable tote bag for my mom & I. She was very happy with it too.I honestly haven't had this great of an experience in a retail shop in awhile. Won't be going to any other Aerie location but this one.

Aerie always has the nicest undergarments and casual wear. Most clothing comes in shades of dusty rose, rusty burgundy, sage green and burnt orange, which are colors that I love. I usually take advantage of their sales. Also, as an Aerie member you get points. Just redeemed an offer for a free bra...free!

I love this store and the employees are always so kind and helpful! My most comfortable bras are from here and they carry smaller band sizes sometimes which is really great for inclusivity. Every time I pass by this store, I end up going in! Love it!

I always have the best experience here as a customer but haven't felt the need to write a review until I recently had to return a few online orders. I always feel a little bad returning stuff (it's silly I know) but Jana was super patient and helpful. I appreciate how friendly and understanding she was especially with stores only reopening not very long ago. I also had to return a swimsuit that weirdly enough changed color and Alicia (store manager?) was also very helpful. Every sales associate that I encountered said hi which always stands out to me.The return policy at aerie always stands out to me and it makes me comfortable to continue shopping there. I started out only buying their underwear but their in store experience always goes above and beyond so I just kept coming back! Thank you Jana and Alicia for making my shopping experience so comfortable. Can't wait to be back!
