We moved here from Ontario in Sept. We contacted David for some information as we were unfamiliar with the province. David is extremly knowledgeable about Alberta. He was very informative and we knew we needed him as our realtor. He would pick us up to show us properties and gave us lots of information about the town we were looking in but also surrounding towns along with information about the proterty. He went above and beyond for us and we were really happy with his service. David made the transition of our move a very easy and stress free process. David is knowledgeable, honest and very good at his job.We highly recommend David to anyone.

I recently used David Doyle to sell my house and purchase an acreage and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you think you used a good realtor in the past, you should really give David a try for an even better experience. David and I had been searching for quite a while to find an acreage that would meet my needs. He would continuously update me on new listings and always made himself available to show me the properties when it worked for my schedule. I had many questions for David and he was always willing to take my calls or reply to texts as soon as he could. He is incredible at making his clients feel like they are the priority despite being incredibly busy! When the perfect acreage came on the market, he was available to show me immediately and had already completed the necessary research into the property to answer all of my questions and to give me his honest opinion. David’s knowledge of acreages, buildings, well water, septics, live stock waterers, pastures, etc is second to none. He understands acreage living and pointed out numerous things to be aware of and explained what is good, bad, needs to be fixed, replaced, costs involved, and various suggestions on ways to make improvements when ready. As David expected, I loved the property so he immediately put together a “fair and in my best interest offer” which was submitted and accepted the same day.Next came the sale of my property to pull the deal all together. David and his lovely wife Theresa came over and spent a few hours doing photos and measuring things. They were honest about what should be cleaned up, fixed or just removed from the property to enhance the appearance and improve the chances of a quick sale. They are truly a lovely couple to work with. Despite the timing (interest rates on the rise and sales slowing down), David stayed in almost daily contact with me and reassured me that we were doing everything right to get the sale of my house completed at a fair market value in order to close on the new acreage deal.David’s work did and attention to my questions didn’t stop when the sale/purchase was completed. He didn’t take the commission and run at all! To this day, I give him a call or send him a text when I have acreage style questions and he is always very friendly and happy to answer or help with suggestions when he can. Just the other day he even sent me the name of a Propane Company that he felt was offering a good rate. To me, that is going above and beyond to say the least. You will not be disappointed if you use David to sell your property or to purchase one. He will literally travel the province to find clients the right acreage/property.

David is a surprisingly human real estate agent with a deep knowledge of the acreage market. For those new to purchasing rural properties, David acts as a “pre-home inspector” to catch any initial issues before putting in an offer. He never rushed the process and built our confidence to make the decision to purchase. Highly recommended!
