My daughter and son-in-law recently received a Bridal Basket, beautifully created by Pat. Unbeknownst to her, a few of the packaged items were of inferior quality. Pat was extremely apologetic and attentive to our concerns and promptly went out of her way to come to their home with delicious replacement items and a wonderfully happy encounter was enjoyed by all. I would highly recommend Kelowna Baskets for anyone who would like to send a lovely taste of the Valley and a whole lot of Joy. Well done, Pat!

This was the best experience of my life. I am all the way in Hamilton, Ontario and I needed a basket sent to a friend in Kelowna… Pat helped me completely over the phone. She was so patient, sweet and she sent me a picture of the basket before she sent it out and it was exactly what I was hoping for, if not more. Thanks again so much Pat!

After some issues with the initial basket that we received, Pat was very responsive and apologetic and came back the next day with better products. The issues with the products had more to do with the company that shipped them to her. We would be happy to purchase through her again in the future to send more gifts to others. Thank you Pat for our lovely baskets.

Paulyn at Kelowna Baskets made sure to deliver a beautiful basket and flowers to a friend that needed cheering up. She went above and beyond service wise helping me choose flowers and the basket and followed up to make sure I knew it was delivered. Terrific experience dealing with them.

Fruit basket was exactly as described and packaged up beautifully with a very nice selection of fresh fruit, which can't be easy in early February. I had called the new owner, Paulyn, the afternoon before as my daughter was starting a new job the next day and Paulyn said she could do a basket and deliver it to her that day! Paulyn communicated with my daughter the next day and set up a time that was convienient for my daughter to have it delivered, and even kept who the sender was a secret which we appreciated since it was meant as a surprise. My daughter was thrilled with it and commented how nice Paulyn was as well.Excellent service; will use again!

Ordered online a nice basket with red wine,wine glasses and treats from Kelowna Baskets on Saturday. Wasn't sure how it would look like but when my in laws received their basket today (Tuesday), they were very impressed with it and sent me a picture of it. I must say it was a very well done basket and a nice Sandhill wine. Highly recommend . Great work Pat @Kelowna Baskets!! Thank you for creating it for us.

Paulyn was lovely and incredibly helpful! She put together a beautiful custom basket for my grandmother, keeping in mind her preferences and dietary restrictions, and delivered it the next day, even bringing it inside and helping her open it. The whole process was super easy and the finished product looked great and was excellent value. Will definitely be using this service again!
