I found this place from an ad on Instagram as a new apprentice needed some hair models. As a student i of course went for it due to the discounted rate. Britney (@britneykats) did my hair and did an absolutely gorgeous job; better than where I had my hair done last year that I paid 300$ for. She was friendly, a good conversationalist and instantly put me at ease. I really appreciated that she went over the next few steps before she did them, and she was so gracious when I put my foot in my mouth and assumed she was right out /still in hair school. In fact she has 5 years of experience in hair and is apprenticing since she just moved to this salon. She's modest, patient with my incessant questions, gave hair/deep conditioning advice without product pushing, and really takes her time. I really admire that this salon starts everyone at a level 1 who joins and really emphasizes how important it is to keep learning and improving. They hold classes for their employees and emphasize teamwork so I highly doubt you'll get anyone with a big ego.Britney is taking bookings now and I highly recommend going with her; my hair was an absolute steal and I would have gladly paid full price!Before/After below

My go to Salon!! Tammy is a rockstar at what she does and the quality of her work is top-tier. My colour always lasts a long time and she takes the time to understand your vision before doing her magic. Highly recommend :)

I was delighted with how my hair turned out - Tammy did a fabulous job to mix the right colours to cover all my grey hairs. The colour is perfect! And my haircut was great as well! I hope to go to Tammy @ Twin Image in the future to have my grey hairs covered again (whenever it grows in enough). It beat the heck out of using a box colour and doing it myself - Thank You!Barbara

As such I have recommended this salon to various friends and family. Everyone who books one appointment becomes a repeat customer for good reason. If Twin Image ever retires I’ll probably have the same anxiety about it as if my family doctor were retiring.

I’ve been going to Twin Image for three years now and the quality of service is always excellent. My last appointment with Tammy was wonderful! She’s very talented with her dry cutting and helps you with choosing the best colour for your hair based on your wants/needs.Here’s a few photos of my hair done there!
