My experience with Jenny is always 10/10, five stars! She is the absolute best at blonde and highlights. I have been seeing her for years and I am never disappointed! My hair recently fairly dark and she transformed it into a beautiful blonde. Every detail is always great. I highly recommend her!

Nelson is terrific. I came in for the first time today and was worried because last time I got my hair cut, the person chopped it off and did not listen. Nelson however, is great at Listening to what the client needs. He is professional, calm and knows what he is doing. I loved his attention to details. Thank you, Nelson!!

First off, I went to this salon for years and had at least 3 different hairdressers. I like the fact that they usually take about 30 min to cut your hair (I only ever need my hair to be shorter, no layers so very easy) and don’t attempt to talk to you for ages. All of my hairdressers were honestly super nice.Now the not so good things:- well, I have realized that they usually don’t check the haircut they just worked on. They don’t check the length at all and I had to literally cut some of my hair after the fact because the lengths were all over the place! Happened many times. That’s most likely why it takes only 30 min!! Vs other salons I used to go to.- some of their hairdressers have no idea what inches mean even though they literally have a sheet in front of them explaining what 1 inch means. (Literally a 1-5 inches scale!!) I once asked for 1 inch to be cut and ended up with 3!!!! My hair are not long so I let you imagine how happy I was. It was probably the most terrible haircut I had in over 15 years. I am pretty sure that scale was put in front of my stylist because a lot of customers did complain about it before. I also complained by telling her that I had asked for 1 INCH not 3.- My first color was done at this salon and it was a disaster. The stylist had no idea what my color was (found out I am a 400 so not exactly hard to do) and since I was dying my hair for the first time, I didn’t know either. It took a total of over 3 hours to finally get the front fixed. I even had to go back home (with my color all over the place) since the stylist had other appointments to complete first. She ended up doing something nice but boy, 3+ hours for this???? And it was JUST some grey touch up.Overall, the salon is very clean and all the staff is nice but they just lack the experience. Keep in mind that all of my stylists had over 20 years of exp so it’s not like I was dealing with juniors. In fact they were all a level 4. (Max level)

Stopped in for shampoo, conditioner and a heat protectant. I was able to find the perfect t match for me with the help of the sweetest and most helpful staff member. Gave great tips and tricks and was able to answer all my questions like a champion.

I love this salon! My hairdresser was Sue and she is amazing! I showed her a photo of what I would like and she killed it! She was amazing to talk to and she dealt with my hair amazingly. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I would for sure go back to her and I would recommend her to anyone! Even the rest of the staff are amazing. All super kind and so sweet. Very happy with my experience here :)

Went to this salon and had a horrible experience with Jenny. She quoted a much lower price than what I ended up being charged with at the end. Was coerced into having a haircut I did not want and it ended up short and hideous. Did not receive the color I want and she told me my ends were too blonde. I informed her I liked my ends as they were. She ignored me and later informed me she changed the ends of my hair to the color she thought was better. She kept prying into my personal life despite my reluctance to answer. Besides this I arrived at the salon 10 minutes before my appointment and despite there being multiple employees inside the salon I was told to wait outside in the cold (didn't have a car with me) and was not allowed to even sit in the waiting area because according to one of the employees the salon doesn't officially open till 9am". Raised my concerns to corporate and was told I could get a free redo. It was only later I realized their tactic of getting me to come into the salon again so they can try to get me to buy their products and other services like another haircut which I did not want! As for the refund

Came here a bit apprehensive after a rough experience at a different salon, Allan was wonderful! He kept the length I requested, took his time and I left with lighter, softer hair. I will definitely be back to see him.

The place is huge and clean. Everyone is really nice. But ,my hair stylist for a long time is Jenny V. She is very kind, friendly and really knows what she is doing. She is professional and efficient. She is the person I trust my hair with. I do have some ideas on what I want my hair to look like, but I always value her opinion when it comes to styling my hair. She always suggests something that would suit me better. I always leave the place satisfied and happy with her work. I will definitely recommend her to take care of your hair.

I was scheduled with an Elite stylist to do a balayage on my hair. While she was working with me she took on another girl and literally forgot about me. I had to stand up and ask but that’s not all. When finished my hair was all yellow and told her it’s not the caramel color I asked for and she said this is what it is. However today I went to another stylist and she told me I have just bleach hair my hair was not toned and spent another $75 because of a botched balayage. Never coming back there again as I spent $250
