Hahaha ofcourse a police stn

Called ahead to arrange document pick up, i went in and saw an officer at the front so i approached him to ask him where can i pick the stuff up and he just talked over me and made me get a number and i ended up waiting 50 Minutes to talk to someone while they said i couldve just picked it up at the window... this inconsiderate receptionist-officer made me waste almost an hour for absolutely NOTHING!!!! He couldve listened for 20 seconds but no, acting like a tough dude seemed to make more sense to him I'm guessing?.The second blonde officer at the report window noticed that i was pissed and helped me fill everything out which is why im okay with giving two stars review. He was super great comparing to other employees.LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE NEED.Being there is devastating enough.. No need to make this such a hard process!

Went in on a Thursday around 5-6pm. I walked in and there wasn't a line so I asked an officer behind the main desk where I can get the criminal record check form and he pointed it out and said to take a number after completing the form. Was very polite. After I completed the form and my number was called, I approached the window and had a little conversation with a gorgeous and well spoken woman named Michelle where she had informed me that I had filled out the wrong record sheet as I needed a different one for getting a record suspension. She let me know that when when I am finished completing that form I could go back up to her without taking another number which I appreciated. Will definitely return if I need future services from them.

This is the first time after 10 years in Canada I know for sure human rights is a lie, Peel police did not give a heck about my concern tonight, Some guy was threading my life, Close to city centre drive at 2:30am a guy with a car stopped next to me asking about my name, When I refused to give it to him he throw a can of energy drink and a bottle of water on my window, I took off, He cut on me and start swearing and threading to kill me, Started circling around my car then he hit his car with the snow on the side of the road, He stopped his car , Got off and hit my back window and trunk with his hand “finger prints on my window and trunk” I called the police dispatch, When he noticed I am on the phone, He noticed I am calling the police, he tried to escape, I located him after he parked his car in a close by shipping and receiving area in one of the buildings, The officer came on site, I explained everything to him while he saw me shaking; He said unfortunately I cannot do anything because there is no enough evidence, Even when I asked him to check the camera footage in the area he said they can’t, Good for you Peel Police, All what you’re good at is collecting money from traffic tickets, People so do I; Losing respect and trust for you, I swear I can’t sleep, I was so scared to a point that if I leave my car I would be dead by now and the officer 4132 tells me that there is nothing much they can do.. Officer, You saw the evidence yourself and you said you can’t take it in consideration, I am attaching it again, If you let those people do such things escape, The region will not be safe anymore, We are in CANADA, People should feel they’re in the safest country ever, Last night it was the worst I’ve ever been, I am so disappointed, Not sure if we are really safe...

Very fast, although we went on a Saturday morning. Very helpful staff.
