My first time at this location and it's different from the other locations in Vancouver. It's a little more private and more like a doctors office vibe. Christina Lumba is an amazing RMT there will be a lot of pain, but its nothing compared to how you feel after. Highly recommend going to this location.

I have been going to physio for years, but Kristen Louie is hands down one of the best physios I’ve ever been to! Not only is she always able to provide me temporary relief of my neck/shoulder pain, but with the daily exercises she’s given me to target the root of the problem, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement over time. She is so supportive of her clients, determined to yield results, and always has such a positive attitude. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

3 weeks ago, I injured my arm, resulting in a dropped wrist, unable to fully extend my fingers, and suffered numbness on the back of my hand.After visiting both urgent care clinics and the hospital emergency walk-ins, no one was able to identify the issue despite multiple diagnoses, blood tests, and CT scans. I was left with a 3 month wait for a neurologist appointment for further tests while I'm partially disabled in my hand.My neighbor suggested I book a consultation with the physio therapists at Myodetox and they immediately performed several tests to isolate the problem, identified a root cause, and implemented immediate pain relief with a recovery plan after just 1 session!

Overall a great experience, no hesitation to book follow up appointments. Gretchen McLennan was able to identify, treat and recommend exercises that provided immediate pain relief with continued improvement. Her involvement in functional fitness is a huge bonus when discussing problem movements and guiding safe exercise through the recovery process.
