Perfect for an overnight stay on our way to Golden. Clean, spacious room, but a bit loud - we could hear the train (get used to it in Revelstoke) and our neighbours. The breakfast was a nice surprise, lots of things to choose from.

I recommend a stop here. the Hotel itself is not something special, the rooms on the first floor don't have really privacy. and when someone waling on the upstairs you could hear!But I like the hotel because of their staff. they were all kind, respectfull and professional.The breakfast included wasn't bad as well.

I have read most of the reviews and after staying here I must agree that this place is worth coming to. It is obvious that this Hotel has seen the benefit of being refurbished and upgraded. The price was very good compared to other hotels. We stayed in a double queen room and it was fairly spacious, clean and modern. It was quiet through the night. The beds were excellent. A large fridge with a freezer that worked. Excellent bathroom with a large shower. Outside a welcoming courtyard with a newer Hot Tub that holds 12 and a decent view over the bridge to the mountains. A free shuttle downtown if you care to go. The morning breakfast was excellent. Sufficient hot/cold items, gluten free offerings, cookies, bars, and fruit as a take away. It was located upstairs in a room made out like a 60’s diner, with booths, lots of light through the windows that were decorated with stained glass. The staff were very willing to assist and meet our every request. I recommend you stay here and enjoy the experience.

After reading previous reviews regarding noise we requested a 2nd floor room when we booked in and staff were accommodating.We had no issues with noise other than the usual people walking past our room and the main road outside. We enjoyed our stay here and would visit again. Staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great, lots of choice.

Excellent staff, rooms, location and breakfast. The only negative is that there was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang your clothes. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff!Unfortunately a really noisy hotel, doesn't seem to be much soundproofing and we heard people upstairs in their rooms as well as people going up and down the stairs for hours - so not a very restful sleep.Very clean room and lots of pillows and towels, though my son found a flea in his bed and my sheet had a hole in it.Nice view as we could see the train going by, but had to access the room through the lobby, which is not our favourite thing. There are rooms accessible from the outside though.The first tv controller didn't work on the tv, the 2nd we got from desk worked somewhat if you pointed it up high on the tv, was just a but awkward.I was disappointed there was no kettle. It was nice to have a sink in the area of the front door with the coffee maker, but the empty space beside it seemed liked it was where the fridge and microwave was.Nowhere to put suitcase either, except the floor. :-(

A couple of things to consider before you book:1. It’s just okay, but for $300+/night you’d expect something else, not a regular room with some hair in your towels. Way too expensive for what you get.2. It is pretty noisy… rooms are not well soundproof, if you happen to have a room in the first floor you’ll hear and feel every single step from guests upstairs (really annoying situation!)…Staff is super nice and friendly and breakfast is good.

Stayed here for a ski get away during the week. The room was clean and bright, really cozy and friendly staff.We were able to check in early thanks to the front desk agent. There was complimentary breakfast which at first I didn’t think it was much but when they told us we had access to the whole dinner and hot food they put out it was great.Fresh waffle station, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, they make sausage, bacon, French toast the second day they made eggs Benny.For the price you get so much and not to mention they have a shuttle going to the ski restore and downtown if you want to head out for the night and not drive.I will be here again, thanks for the stay ☺️

I spent three days here. The room was upstairs from outside, quite a slog with baggage and small. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the location was a fifteen minute walk to downtown. I would stay here again.

Stay for an overnight staycation May long to explore a bit of Revelstoke.Rooms were very clean & the beds were super comfortable, making for a well-rested nights sleep. The breakfast options were amazing & plentiful.Only downsides were being on the 1st floor and can be a bit noisy. I could hear banging & thumping of the guests above us with young children (Would have given 5 stars if not for these small hiccups)The outdoor spa was not working during our stay, but was offered to go around the corner to the BW and use their pool facilities.Will definitely be staying here again with a request to have a 2nd floor accommodations.
