This company flooded out my basment(fixing my washing machine under warranty from homedepot)cost me over $1000.00 . They would not take responsibility at first, and then after I threatened to sue only offer to cover half the cost of the damage. I would not recommend there service to my worst enemy. Don't go through what I had to deal with call a professional company

Derek came twice to service our Sub-zero fridge. The first time he diagnosed the two issues but had to order parts. He installed the parts yesterday and the fridge is now working better than ever (the water line had been crimped in the factory!).Derek is thorough, affable and explains things very well. I would tend to buy brands he services for quality and after-market support. I will happily recommend him to friends and Google readers looking for a reliable, fair resource.

Service was professionally courteous and authoritative. Derek was very considerate about estimates and I never felt pressured into any decisions for parts or service. He was conscientious about locating hard to find replacement parts to restore an excellent gas range to full operating capacity. As avid cooks, we are very grateful to Derek for his expertise. Would easily use Derek's appliance again and highly recommend to anyone.

Derek fixed our Sub Zero refrigerator which required a number of parts, including one which had to be made by Sub Zero. Derek is extremely responsive to calls and very professional.His work is great. 100% recommend!
