Kitchener Dentist Lancaster Dental

My son and I have been going to Lancaster for the past two years. We have had a great experience each and every time. The dentist and the technicians were so great the way that they took care of my son when he had his first cavity. They showed that they really cared about his stress and anxiety. Would 100% recommend this business. From the front desk staff, and everyone else they're great!

I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Marchiani. When possible, she has offered options at different price points to repair/restore my dental issues. She has a very nice personality. As well I am very happy with the the dental hygienist and dental assistants. Very positive experience.

Chipped a tooth and needed to have it fixed as soon as possible. They were able to get me in the next day and fix it/complete a filling as there was a cavity as well. They were absolutely fantastic. Very kind, explained what they were going to to etc. My tooth looks great and feels much better as well. Would highly recommend.

The staff here are fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel like it was all about them making money (like I do at most dentist offices) they are truly caring and compassionate especially the dentist Dr. Marchiani. She took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen before it happened. I am so happy that I have found a dentist I truly feel comfortable with.

If you are scared of the dentist but you have to get that cavity filling or root canal or broken tooth fixed Please go to lancaster dental! Dr Thamara has been taking care of my teeth since october 22 and she is absolutely amazing!!! I used to freak out at the thought of having to go to the dentist but Lancaster Dental changed my view. Dr Thamara is not only kind, but she is absolutely professional, caring, listens to concerns and always makes sure i am comfortable! The cavity fillings had 0 pain maybe here and there a little pinch of the needle but thats it. I have never had such a good experience with any other dentist before. Will get my other cavity filled soon and i am 0% nervous about it. I am honestly looking forward to getting it filled lol. would always come here again without being anxious. 10/10! Definitely recommend.

This is the best dentist experience I’ve had in the KW region. The dentist and staff are so polite. They explain any process they deem necessary and outline various options. I feel so at home every time I go there and they work with world class experts to solve your dental issues.

Excellent service, knowledgeable professionals, modern XRay instruments on site, great communication to help take an informed decision - what you want and what is covered by insurance- before and during the process; so far I had just a very thorough tart removal , whitening and a dentist exam, nothing major, and hope to keep it this way :). I got help with the paperwork for insurance, all in all a great experience. Not affiliated with this business, just a guy with 32 teeth ( knock in wood).

I have been with Lancaster Dental for over 7 years now, their professionalism and customer service is top notch. Lancaster Dental has a deep understanding surrounding the comfort of the patient. I've never felt rushed or any extra pain during many of my previous procedures. The dentist checked on my pain levels constantly. The extra care they've shown to me is why I highly recommend Lancaster Dental. I recently registered my Daughter and today was her first visit. Thanks for the care and concern for my recent infection and extraction. Made a difficult time as pleasant as possible. Going to Lancaster Dental for a number of years. Started as a patient when my previous dentist wanted me to wait two weeks for a broken tooth. Lancaster Dental took me immediately.

I had an emergency that they were happy to accommodate and help me with day of. Very friendly staff and helped me get the most out of my insurance coverage. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are new to the area or looking for a new dentist!
