Sogol is a vey nice person and professional counsellor. I learned a lot from her during our sessions. She hugely helped me out to find my personal problems. She saved my life. Thank you so much Sogol!

I had my first in person session with Aisley and it went better then I expected I was extremely nervous but Aisley was super kind and welcoming! I’ve never experienced therapy before but she made me feel comfortable and was a great listener. I will definitely be back to see her.

Sogol is s very kind-minded, knowledgeable, and professional counsellor. I had been suffering from severe anxiety and depression for many years. When I met her for the first time I did not know who I am. She was professionally diagnosed roots and main causes of my personal problems. Then she patiently started to solve them out one after another.I appreciate what she has done for me. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for several years and began with seeing Yoshie Martinez who is an amazing counsellor. She is kind, compassionate, and understanding. In my experience she goes above and beyond for her clients and you can tell how passionate she is about what she does! I have also seen several other therapists in this office including students and have had nothing but amazing experiences. The environment is very warm and welcoming. I find it very helpful that many of the counsellors have come from different specialties with differing skills sets prior to becoming therapists. Each of them have had their own unique client-centred approach. Sessions have always been on time and I have been notified of any scheduling changes in advance. I have no complaints with my experience and highly recommend this place for anyone seeking therapy!

Ottawa Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre is a great place where you can find counsellors with a variety of different skills and specializations. I really felt heard and that they were genuine and respectful. I would highly recommend contatcting them.

Andrea Stupak is a great therapist, she always shows up on time for appointments and I always feel a lot better after talking with her.

My husband went to see Alyssa J. Very unprofessional. Made up last minute excuses 4 times in a row to cancel appointments. 3 out of 4 times he was already present for his appointments. 20 minutes drive to get there. Excellent way to make a depressed person feel better. If I can give her advice for the future.. If you don't feel like you are in a position to help someone, then you should tell them instead of wasting precious time.
