This isn't the first time that Randy and his wonderful staff have helped my family. They took care of my fathers wife, Susan Cleeves. Also they took care of all the details so that my mother in law didn't have to worry. Randy and Emma were incredible in helping my mom with a very difficult process of disinterment of her husband. Caring, compassion, patient.Helped in dealing with the complicated and numerous government paperwork. To keep her up to date, kept in constant long distant communication as she now lives in another part of the provinceAnd the costs were SIGNIFICANTLY less than expected.Can't say enough good things about the business and the staff. Randy and his staff provided EXCELLENT caring , supportive and professional service for our family member who passed unexpectedly . Randy arranged our requested memorial visitation service at his spacious new facility in Mona , including making the arrangements for flowers , wreaths and a priest for the mass . Our loved one was cremated and her urn was delivered within 48 hrs to meet our funeral mass arrangements in Brampton.Randy also prepared and helped us complete all of the required paperwork , including suggesting that we use the nearby Service Canada Office in Orangeville for filing them , a decision which saved us many hours in waiting time vs filing the papers in Brampton or Burlington .The total costs for using In Memoriam Funeral Services were SIGNIFICANTLY less than other traditional funeral arrangement quotes , and as stated above , their service was excellent .Heartfelt thanks to Randy any his staff for helping our family through this difficult time .
