Tech was on time and had the part replaced in under an hour. Tested it before they left. Part ordering and setting the appointment took a week. Would use them again, likely sooner than id like as new appliances are trash.

Worst service I had, technician came to fix my over freezing fridge couple of times and I did spend 600$ for nothing and the problem still in.Stay away from this service and save your money.

It’s been 10 weeks and 3 visits to repair my dishwasher - it’s still not fixed. Wrong part was ordered originally. Waited 6 weeks for the second part, dishwasher still doesn’t work. As mentioned in other reviews, this company does not answer the phone. She gave me the excuse that she’s always on the other line - which is literally impossible because we have been calling for 10 weeks. Nothing but excuses from this company. 0 Stars.

Charged 350 for a dishwasher repair that stopped working the same day. Won't return calls, texts, emails or a letter left at listed address. Avoid this company.

Brought them in while we worked to fix what they said was a bad board. They did not test washer before they left. Still does not work. Extremely disappointed. Will never recommend.EDIT- After consideration last night I decided that I would have a look at the repair that they did as I am a red seal electrician. Upon further inspection I discovered that they did not have the connectors plugged in all the way. After properly installing connectors, the washing machine works fine. Unfortunately in my haste to have a fixed washer, I did not take pictures of the poor workmanship.

100% awesome. Answered after hours call, made an appointment for the next day, had issue diagnosed and part ordered immediately and installed when it arrived two days later. On time, no hassle and all appts outside of regular work hours.

Dont answer calls, return text or return voicemails. Suppose to be the contractor for GE appliances warrenty work. Would never use them if i had to pay out of pocket

Broken Washer tale:On January 6th, Whirlpool sent a technician because the start button of my washer machine stopped working. I thought better to deal directly with the company that built the machine. According to the technician, one of the PC boards was damaged, so he was going to order the part with an estimated arrival of 3 to 4 days. A full week passes and nothing not even a phone call update. Second week, I followed up with Whirlpool, and they answered that they already sent the board but the mail delivery was to too slow, they were to blame for the delay. More time passes and I called at least 10 more times hearing the same answer and excuses, so I decided to order the board myself, as we were tired of waiting, and being without use my washer! We paid $300.00 plus delivery, non returnable, however the part arrived the next day to our surprise!Then, through googling appliance repair in our area and contacting a few locations to find a technician to instal our part, I was recommended to call Fort Appliance Repair. I checked the reviews, and upon seeing positive reviews, I contacted them. 2 days later, the technician who is the owner, came and inspected the washer and discovered that a different board was damaged, and not the one the first technician identified. OMG what am I going to do with that $300 board now?? Well, this marvellous young man fixed my washer in less than a week, AND he bought the board that I ordered to take it off my hands and for future appliance repair use with his business! I'm extremely grateful. To me this person was knowledgeable, honest and very professional. He came when he said he would, and did an amazing job. After 6 weeks without a washer I'm very happy to finally be able to end this non washer nightmare/inconvenience. I recommend this company full heartedly.Maria Colmenares

Awesome service! The technician came to my house the day after I called and knew what was wrong with my dryer right away. He ordered the part my dryer required and it was fixed within a week. Fair price as well!
