I visited the branch for a financial advisor appointment with R.J.He was perfectly knowledgeable, passionate to help customers, extremely organized, calm and assuring. I really enjoyed his services.The branch manager, MS Li Calzi, personally greeted me and introduced the staff and their services. A welcoming environment in this tough financial situation.

The worst RBC branch I have ever been to. I have had to deal with such incompetence from several different employees (including managers), I had to wait almost half a year for money they sent to the wrong address, and on several occasions they told me a transaction was impossible even though another branch completed it with no problem.

Branch Manager is super helpful and amazing. Staff is courteous, kind, and always looking to help.I had to get my documents certified for tax filing purposes, not only the manager helped me but also guided me with additional steps I may need. Never experienced service like this at any other Branch or Bank!

My daughter and son-in-law had an incredibly unsettling experience at this branch. The staff humiliated them in front of other patrons, would not explain themselves and their actions and asked them to remove themselves from the branch and to not return. They had simply opened an account online and went in to authenticate. They saw a teller who asked them to wait, a financial advisor then confronted them and told them to leave the bank (didn't bring them into an office) and said they would not be authenticating anything. When asked why, the financial analyst said it was 'highly confidential'. She instructed them to call the head office. The head office told them to go to the bank - they weren't 'allowed' to tell them anything. The branch called to cancel the appt they had made with the manager for the next day at 4:00 and were told not to come into the branch. The BIG secret confidential issue that took 2 days to find out, was an ADDRESS QUESTION. That was it - the 'highly' confidential issue. This was the cause of humiliation and worry for my daughter, 8 1/2 months pregnant and her husband. This branch needs some serious customer service training.

Went to this location to get my client card and a void Cheque. The teller had no idea what he was doing. After 20 mins, I was asked to put in my user ID and password for the online banking into their system. I just don’t think that’s the right way specially, when we are dealing with so many scams. After 30 minutes, I was asked if I have a printer, I can print out the void check at home and within the next 7 to 10 business days I’ll get my client card.Such a disappointed!

I've been a lifelong RBC customer but am switching to a Credit Union due to the incredible amounts RBC lends in fossil fuel funding each year. Over $200B since the Paris Agreement was signed in 2016 - today's incredible heat is just a small taste of the climate crisis we are already well into. It's not a future event... it's a present activity, and we need to reverse it as best & as fast as we can.

I've been an RBC customer for 40 years and vehemently disagree with the new mandatory 4-day holds on all checks deposited in machines. Higher fees and worse service. New bank machines which scan checks and a 4-day hold on all deposits in machines? I was given 4 conflicting excuses by this branch and then I found out RBC has sub-contracted out the processing of their checks to a company. I don't trust RBC's judgement or the company hired to process my work checks none of which have ever bounced. RBC has also been involved in the Panama Papers" scandal to help rich Canadian customers and others hide their money so they don't have to pay their fair share of taxes. Bye-bye RBC. Thanks for 40 years of below-standard service."

Branch Manager is second to none. Staff is courteous, kind, and always looking to help. Never a long wait, and if the line gets a little long either the Branch Manager or one of the Advisors jumps in to help. Never experienced service like this at any other Branch or Bank!
