Amazing small/med business.The lady at the front desk is very quick and smart it took us 5 minutes to quote the entire home of 15 windows. The price is fantastic great quality and they did it in 5 weeks while most places where offering me 2-3 months delivery. You won't be dissapointed!

While the job of replacing our old, worn out wood patio doors was done very well there was some issues with the painting of the trim pieces. We had asked for black outside and white inside and some trim pieces inside were painted black. Most of the trim pieces were replaced properly but two years on and we still have black trim pieces in place.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It is a 10 star operation. Stavros came and quoted the job and even deterred me from getting windows replaced that didn't need it. Unheard of. The windows came in the timeframe I was told. Chris and Niko, who have decades of experience, were the installers and did an incredible job!! They encountered a huge challenge installing the patio door and had to problem solve to make it work and even come back on their weekend to make it work!! Everyone was so professional and respectful! Can't say enough!

Stavros, Nick, and Chris did an incredible job replacing all the windows in our house during the coldest week of the year. Can’t recommend them enough. Very experienced and professional and half the cost of others we’ve quoted.

This is by far the best window company I have ever dealt with !! Everything about them is great, from the receptionist to Stavros who organizes everything to the awesome installers Chris and his partner. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They even replaced old screens for us on windows that were not part of the job. We will definitely use them again for future jobs !

These are the most wonderful people. They’re fast, nice and very reasonable. I hope they stay on business forever because it’s the kind of place you can rely on and look forward to dealing with. Truly, it’s one of my favourite places and people like this make life better and a city great.

Iam happy we went with LDT windows. From start to finish they were pleasant to work with. They take pride in their work. I had 1 issue with a window after install and they were prompt to come in and repair without hassle.

I am usually very happy with this company’s servies. However, recently they came to install new windows in our bedroom. They took 3 sets of window screens with them to repair. It’s been 3.5 weeks and nothing. I call them every day. They lost the screens. They need to get new ones done, etc. They’ll be in this week, no sorry next week, etc. I’m not happy with them. Because of the missing screens, we lost our 16 year-old geriatric cat for a whole night. I looked for her until 1am until I finally found her. This company’s service needs to improve since the new owner took over from his father.Update: the owner did cut new screens for us at the 4-week mark. Unfortunately they were too small. They redid them the next day and it’s all fixed now. It took 4 weeks but done! Better late than never.
