We spent two nights, and were very comfortable inside the hotel and during the daytime. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the location was convenient to our events. The only downside would be some of the sketchy activities going outside the hotel across and down the street.

Front desk, Jenny and Sophia were exceptional.Room was clean, bed, linens and pillows were amazing.Amanda in Preston’s was outstanding. Such a wonderful person. She showed interest and made our stay a pleasurable one. You’re lucky to have her.Christian was also personable.Chef - exceptional. Food was always delicious.

had an issue with my room when I arrived, but staff made it all better and accommodated my needs, friendly helpful staff! and after shift change, I'm happy to report even they call to make sure things are going your way. I enjoyed my stay. the pool was pretty cold, but we warmed up in the hot tub. I'll definitely stay there again.

Stayed at Coast Edmonton Plaza for one night in one of the premium king suites. The living room as well as the bedroom were both spacious. The bathroom toilet was one of those fancy and had heated seats. The staff were nice and beyond accommodating. I forgot to bring toothbrush and toothpaste but the staff went out of there way to bring me what I needed. They almost provided me with late checkout. The bar downstairs had great service as well. Only downside was the A/C wasn’t very cold. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for 2-Star level.Located in downtown across the street from Rider Express Bus Stop (came from Calgary) so it was convenient.Accommodated my request for 2-hour early check in.Clean bedroom.Well equipped bathroom.Two pairs of bathroom slippers were also available.Replaced a non-functioning microwave minutes after my arrival.Nice fitness center but I would suggest to have it open longer hours.Didn't have the chance to try the restaurant. Also breakfast NOT includedNo Airport Shuttle but the location is a few minutes walk to bus stops and LRT station.The reception staff were nice and friendly.Noise is above average because it's in downtown area.

The staffs are superb, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable there to help you. Rooms are clean and beda are comfortable. The location is convenient. Dropping one star because the pool was really gross

Hotel and staff were great. One review said the AC was not cold ... ours was very cold. This is a great hotel for family trips. Beds are very comfortable. Pricing is good.The area has a lot of homeless folks in the area but the concierge makes sure that the hotel guests are not bothered by them. We felt very safe at this hotel but did not love the surrounding areas. As a note there were far more homeless closer to the Marriott and the Rogers Center.There are a lot of decent restaurants close by.

Our stay at this hotel was not bad. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice! The main issue that we had was that we paid for 2 nights of parking but the on the second night when we got back to the hotel, there were no spots available. It seemed like the parking is shared by hotel guests and non-guests, with only a few spots actually reserved for guests. It was frustrating that there were no spots available even though we booked it with our reservation. They gave us a refund for one night of parking but we had to park at the lot across the street (which expired at 5AM with no option to extend. We had to wake up at 4:30AM to move the car). Besides the parking it was an otherwise good stay.

What a horrible experience. One night stay and had sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Called front desk, they sent maintenance up and the guy had no idea where to start to look for the problem. He put drano in the sink and bathtub but did not help.As well no hot water in tub for a shower.Was only offered a complimentary upgrade and well I won’t be coming this Edmonton anytime soon. Manager refused to reimburse or compensate for the bad experience.
