I went there to get my deposit back after waiting for about 16 months. A salesperson, Rxxxxx was so hard to reach because my messages were ignored most of the time and told me my refund would take 1~2 weeks without the receipt. So I left the dealership without my deposit. My receipt was misplaced since it was issued about 16 months ago (still my bad). Revisited the dealership for the refund. Jenny refunded me on the spot. Seamless transaction with her. I strongly recommend her... Only her. Hope she stays so I could deal with her again if I go back to buy a vehicle there.
